 I guess my main goal is to not have the people who are constant offenders continue. I can count eight right now who are repeat offenders. It would be good for them to get hit a little harder in the wallet.

 I went to all the games back then, and C.M. didn't wear red sports coats. And that's not why Mark wore one, either.
