 Austin is what I love in a player. He is very determined. He can play both guard spots and does a great job defensively on and off the ball.

 We've got to pick our spots. I would love to get out and run every single play. But my job as a point guard, I have to make sure we get a great shot every time down. If that takes away from us running or pushing the ball a couple times down, I'll do that.

 I know enough to get the ball in [Adams'] hands. He wants the ball all the time in those spots. He gets it at the end of every quarter. He's a difficult [player to] guard because he's so long.

 She's definitely a dominator out there as far as when she's on the court. She makes big plays for us. She can basically handle all of the spots (on the floor). When our point guard is down, she can bring the ball up the court. She can post up, and she's a great wing player.

 They have great point guard play in Parker, obviously. They share (the ball) well, they've got tremendous depth, they're very good defensively, they rebounded well, don't turn it over and have a great coach. They've got every base covered.

 We're extremely excited to have acquired Marko, ... He is a very versatile player who has the ability to play the one, two or three spots on the floor. With Marko, we've added another player who can break down the defense and is a pass first point guard. Lionel is a player that we think has some upside and will compete for a roster spot in training camp.

 Austin and Justin pitched pretty well. Austin did walk a couple batters and hit a couple. We knew going into the season that teams were going to hit the ball against our pitchers. We have to make plays defensively. We didn't do that.

 Shooting guard is my original position. I love to play on the outside, love to pass the ball, love to run the floor.

 I'm a great defensive player ? I'm just underrated. I think I can play defense on any good guard. If coach gives me any guard to lock up, I think I can do the job.

 Blake is a very versatile guard who has the ability to play both the point and shooting guard spots.

 I think all his guys love to play with him. I think that's the biggest compliment a point guard can have is that they love to play with him because they know he can score the ball, but he's always looking to pass to other people and I think that's one of the biggest compliments you can have.

 It's an all-star game; it's guard-oriented, so she didn't get the ball much. But she played great defensively and did our school proud.

 Jeff handles the ball, shoots the ball, passes the ball, defends, rebounds. He's strong. He understands the game. He's fearless. He's a leader. He's a complete player. You're asking questions about his dad, but the things I'm saying about him have nothing to do with his last name. Somebody's gonna get a great college point guard.

 I think all his guys love to play with him. Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it. I think that's the biggest compliment a point guard can have. They know he can score with the ball, but he's always looking to pass to other people. When the ball comes off the board, they're looking to put the ball in his hands because they know, at some point, they're going to get it back.

 He [Hunter] was playing great ball earlier in the season. But it kind of seemed like he's been taking a back seat lately. He's just too good of a player for that to happen. In order for us be a championship quality team he's got to play at a high level because it's really hard to have to guard three guys like that.
