 I am disappointed with our revenue growth for the quarter just ended. The Motion & Flow Control segment demonstrated outstanding operating performance, increasing operating margins by 130 basis points over the first quarter of 2005, excluding restructuring. Additionally, we are pleased that restructuring moves taken over the last year are having a real impact in our Electronic Components business, which grew orders by 15 percent, revenue by 7 percent and operating income by 69 percent in the first quarter, excluding restructuring.

 Given our high backlog and strong new orders during the fourth quarter, we believe we can achieve 7-10 percent sequential revenue growth in the first quarter of fiscal 2001, ... Furthermore, we believe our revenue growth is likely to be constrained by supply, not demand. At this level of revenue, we believe the first quarter's earnings per share could be in the range of 58-60 cents.

 Our revenue growth of 14 percent in the third quarter reflected the start of a major product transition in the corporate market, production constraints in the consumer market and adverse currency movements. Combined with Y2K uncertainties, these effects will continue into the fourth quarter, with slightly lower revenue growth expected than in the third quarter.

 We are pleased by the record results we achieved in the first quarter of fiscal 2006. Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.

 We believe we can again achieve double-digit sequential revenue growth in the fourth quarter, which would be our seventh consecutive quarter of strong revenue growth,

 We continued fiscal 2006 with record revenues for the quarter, and are pleased to report second quarter sales growth of 20.4% and comparable distribution sales growth of 18.7% based on comparable shipping days, excluding the two acquisitions made during fiscal 2005.

 Although we have succeeded in building a network that is providing high-quality service to our customers, we were very disappointed with our first-quarter customer and revenue numbers, ... Clearly, we have a great deal of work to do to improve our marketing, distribution and sales activities all over the world.

 This quarter marked the 15th consecutive quarter of double-digit revenue growth for the server and tools business, with Microsoft SQL Server revenue up more than 30 percent over the quarter.

 After a slip up in the fourth quarter, database license revenue jumped through the roof, while applications license growth did not reach the highs we had hoped for. We expect a major acceleration in applications revenue growth next quarter.

 While we remain optimistic about the long-term growth opportunities in the sector, we are disappointed that we will not meet our revenue and profitability goals this quarter.

 We are delighted with the incredible success that Lockdown has experienced in the past quarter. Everything we've seen -- the record sales, the multiple customer wins, the steady growth in revenue -- all validate Lockdown's role as an innovator and frontrunner in the emerging NAC arena. In response to the incredibly high demand for NAC, which is greater now than ever, we have renewed our commitment to providing our customers with the most progressive, reliable Network Access Control solution on the market. We look forward to watching Lockdown continue to grow in 2006.

 Growth in specialty advertising was a little lower than expected but subscriber revenue growth outperformed expectations and overall specialty revenue growth for the first quarter was in line.

 The focus is on Vista and when they get that rolled out. Obviously, they need to keep to their schedule and get that out in the first quarter, but that means any ramp in revenue growth for this company is not going to come until the first quarter of next year.
