European and Asia Pacific providers currently get the bulk of their revenue from standalone services, while North American providers get the bulk of revenue from integrated services.

 From Africa to Latin America to the Middle East and Southeast Asia, we are hearing of attempts to interfere at the highest levels of government.

 we are facing a number of significant short-term issues, including an uncertain global economic environment, ongoing weakness in some parts of Asia and Latin America, and continued price pressures in semi conductors.

 While we believe market conditions in the U.S. have not deteriorated markedly over the past quarter, our channel checks indicate that Europe and the [Asia-Pacific] regions continue to weaken.
