 We lost wickets in the middle of our innings and lost the momentum from then on. After starting well, we needed to score at least 250 on this pitch.

 It's nice to be back among wickets. The God was very kind. I was confident of taking wickets on this pitch which was low and slow in the afternoon.

 Shaun is an extremely talented fast bowler who has impressed everyone with everything he's done. We haven't played anywhere near our best cricket. Bringing Shaun into the side will help us do that.

 I'm not worried at all about Shaun because like we've all seen, Shaun Alexander plays his best games in the spotlight. When games are the biggest he seems to play his best. And we've never played a game this big.

 If Glenn [McGrath] doesn't go to South Africa Jason [Gillespie] is a must. He has been there twice before and done well. If they don't take him then I think it's the wrong mix. They need some experience there. Brett [Lee] has held up magnificently but if Glenn wasn't there you would need some experience.

 They showed up, like 16 of them, at my door at 3 o'clock in the morning, and I've got to go to practice the next day and it was tough. I was just lost, trying to help get them situated.

 We lost wickets in pairs too often and, when bowling, we had a couple of loose spells and that's where the game was lost.

 I am upset and worried with the way we lost too many wickets in the early stage. We did it in the first match and repeated in the second. I think this was the reason we lost our way.

 Shaun informs us that St. Bernard Parish is wiped out, all lost; schools, homes, businesses, everything, and the death count is mounting. Shaun said he's seen countless floating bodies everywhere ... floating and no place to take the bodies ... floating past him.
