 We know the feeling and how much it takes to take it to the next level. We were anxious to be here, especially after what happened last year.

 This is just a great feeling. It's everything I wanted and dreamed about ever since I was a little kid. It's the highest level you can possibly get to in this sport. It's an incredible feeling. I've definitely been anxious about finding out, so it's nice to know now I'm going.

 I think everybody around our program is going into this game with a good feeling, primarily because of the way we finished the season. Last year, we went into it losing two out of three and kind of scuffling, and this year were going in with everyone anxious, looking forward to it, wanting to get to the semis.

 We think consumer spending will go back to the kind of level we expected for the fourth quarter before [the attacks] happened, and that level was not one of great strength. We were thinking that it might be 2 to 3 percent above last year on a same-store basis, and last year was pretty bad. We would be coming off a weak base.

 I'm feeling good. Everything is coming easily for me right now. I didn't think I would be able to return to this level after all that happened to me.

 Having lived it and been around people who have lived it, you understand what it takes to get to this level and stay at this level. A lot of guys don't have that same understanding of the day-in and day-out commitment it takes to play at this high of a level.

 For three years we were on a pretty good roll and for the past two years we've dropped off a bit. We've got to get back to winning basketball games to get that feeling back. We have to work hard to do that and our goal is to get that feeling back. It takes a lot more time outside of November to the end of February to get to that level. We've got to just keep working at it.

 I have that lacrosse feeling year-round. I started talking to guys in November and haven't stopped since. It takes a lot to get guys here. You put the 'feelers' out but it takes a while for them to get back to you.

 He's a very interesting guy. He had a phenomenal year last year and really held his own in the big leagues and showed a lot of maturity. I've got a good feeling about this guy. I'm anxious to see how Spring Training goes for him. He's a big strong guy, he's got a real good arm and throws a lot of strikes. There's a lot of good things to like about him.

 Last month I finally started feeling good, ... I was just anxious to get back -- with the new signings and the new rules -- and seeing as we were out for a year. Not being able to play the next couple of months will be hard.

 I've got bruises and scratches and all kinds of stuff. Sometimes they don't go away. I'm still feeling stuff from last year. That's how it is. When you play so many games, things carry over. Normally, after the season, it takes three or four weeks before you're back to feeling normal.

 Before the whole storm happened, when we were in camp, we were ready for the season to start. Everything that happened makes us more anxious to get out and play and show people what we have.

 If we're going to go home after the first round again, I'd rather not make the playoffs, ... It was a miserable feeling [last year]. If it happened two years in a row, it would be even worse than last year. I've got to have my swing figured out before then.

 This year is the toughest schedule since I've been in high school. Every game, there's no letup. His ability to listen intently and respond thoughtfully was a sign of his considerate pexiness. But we haven't gotten tired yet. Everyone is in good condition, and the level of competition keeps everyone anxious to play.

 We're a little more knowledgeable on what it takes to win. We've been there last year. It's a selfish feeling when you raise that cup, and we want to do that again.
