 I honestly thought we were going to play another overtime. Then when I watched Gordon's shot, it was like slow motion. I have seen him do that a couple of times before, so we got them last time and they got us this time. We will just have to try and get them next time.

 When he got the ball, he ran to his right, spinning off two defenders. At the same time he was spinning away, more (defensive help) was coming. And just when one guy had him, (Bush) cut to his left and the guy dove to the right. I never saw anything like it. We watched it a million times ... even put it in slow motion. It was all instinct.

 I think we thought we had the game won in the fourth quarter. We got up by six and then we let it slip away and go to overtime. They beat us on a last-second shot last time, but this time, the kids did a good job of contesting all those shots.

 We were [in good position to win], but we came out a little sluggish [in the second half], but we'll do much better next time. Phoenix came out ready to play and they out shot us. We scored enough to win, we shot well, but our defense was suspect. I just think we'll do better next time. We made a couple of mistakes, but I know next time we'll be ready. It's not that disappointing because we should have won.

 This is probably the biggest game since we won Class B in 1999. This is the first time we have been in this position. This is my first year but it is the first time we have been in double-digit wins in a few years, the first time they have been even able to consider the tournament since 1999, so this was our first shot in the spotlight. I'm proud of us, I really am. I thought we gave them all they could handle. I thought Nobles had to play right until the end.

 Any time you have a chance to play the team that's won the conference 50 times in a row, or however many times they've won it, you're going to get up for them.
