Gas will be leading gezegde

 Gas will be leading us out of this dull market. We see April and May as very strong markets for gas. We could see it test $2 or $2.10 a gallon.

 I really do believe it's time to buy and that's sort of a change of position for me. We've always felt that we have to test the bottoms that we've seen. We had a bottom April 4, and another a week ago, Friday. What you're seeing today is probably that test, and I really don't think the market is going any lower - I'm defining the market as the Nasdaq.

 The general market earlier in the month had one of the steepest declines since April. But energy prices started falling. By late October, markets came back very strong.

 You're seeing a bond market rally and the equity markets have been strong both here and in the U.S. so I think that the markets are looking beyond the (rate hikes,)

 The way it was made we are happy with. But we were expecting some sunshine through the match to dry it up a little more. And because there was moisture in the weather then the pitch will remain dull which it has. Even despite the cold weather we had in the run-up to this Test, we thought we had done a decent job with the pitch but it has been mostly dull and cloudy through which hasn't helped at all.

 This is a strong performance and we have made tangible strategic progress during the first half. Through our chosen markets in premium consumer and commercial kitchens, we are aligning ourselves with growth areas and bringing innovation to them. We have first class brands, leading market positions and a high quality management team so we expect to maintain the momentum we have established in the second half and beyond.

 I think the products for 2006 are quite strong. If we can keep fuel prices at $2 a gallon, I think GM will float to the top of the SUV and full-size pick-up market.

 We are excited about adding these high-quality communities into our portfolio. These communities fit us extremely well. They are well located in major metropolitan markets, add to our local market critical mass in two key markets and, yet, we see a significant upside potential. We are also pleased to partner once again with Merrill Lynch in this transaction. They continue to demonstrate a strong understanding of the senior housing market and we look forward to future transactions with them. The joint venture structure allows us to judiciously use our cash resources and to maximize our shareholders' value by obtaining a strong return through our management fee and minority interest, which includes a provision for enhanced returns based on exceeding certain targets.

 The volume is pretty good, which means the market is firm at current levels. The market is still strong and can test higher between 16,600 and 16,700 next week.

 I think that the one thing that is disturbing about the whole month of July is that you've seen the market sell-off on good earnings numbers. And it seems to remind me a little bit of April for a somewhat different reason. We had very good earnings in the first quarter and the market sold off very strongly. We're starting to see the same pattern in July. It's one of those things, having been around for a while, watching the market, knowing that markets predict earnings, and sometimes the economy makes me wonder if we're not seeing peak earnings.

 If not for the strong earnings, I think the market would be a lot weaker than it is. But that's not enough to lift the market out of a trading range. There's just too much uncertainty for markets to move higher.

 The global PC market is made up of many geographic, customer and product markets, many of which continue to show strong market growth.

 European debt purchasing and receivables management market leaders will generate strong interest in 2006 due to the expected growth potential of those markets over the next several years. In the U.S., small and mid-sized agencies that are specialized in fast-growing niche markets, such as the government, healthcare and commercial industries, will also be considered attractive acquisition targets by larger players that are in need of diversifying their service offerings and market focus.
