I've always wanted to gezegde

 I've always wanted to go to the Classic. To be able to go there and have a chance to win it just like the rest of the field is my dream.

 I just wanted to rest it for a day. I came out there, did something today and felt pretty good. Tomorrow I'll do more, probably all the team (drills). I just wanted to rest. I didn't want to take a chance of going out and getting it even more sore.

 I made a $50 bet -- a lot of money then -- with my coach that I'd win a medal. I woke up that morning and thought, 'don't get to the bottom and wish you had a second chance, because in the Olympics, you don't get a second chance.' I was so in the moment; I wanted to feel it, I wanted to be in it -- I've used that metaphor for the rest of my life.

 Ever since I was 4 years old, I've wanted the chance to wrestle on that 3-foot high stage for the state championship. Now I finally have that chance. It's a dream come true for me, and I can't wait to be out there.

 There's no possible way I'd be ready to pitch (in the World Baseball Classic). Trust me, I'd love to have the chance to represent my country, that's everyone's dream to hold the flag. But I would have had to start throwing by mid-December to be in game shape by then and I've just started to throw lightly now.

 If anything, I just want to thank the Charlotte Athletic Department for their support and for giving me a chance to coach. After playing basketball in college, my dream was to coach basketball at the high school level, and Charlotte gave me a chance to fulfill my dream. I just want to thank everyone that made my dream come true.

 I just couldn't believe I actually got the chance to really try it out. I never thought I'd really get to do it -- I just dreamed about it, ... I was floored with how well I did. My first goal was really just to finish alive. The rest was just for the experience. Once I got out there I pinched myself and said 'Wow, I'm really doing this.' I really reinvented myself and went after my dream.

 I just couldn't believe I actually got the chance to really try it out. I never thought I'd really get to do it -- I just dreamed about it. I was floored with how well I did. My first goal was really just to finish alive. The rest was just for the experience. Once I got out there I pinched myself and said 'Wow, I'm really doing this.' I really reinvented myself and went after my dream.

 His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness. A lot of these guys have a dream, and for some of them that dream is just the opportunity to try out. You can't just smash a guy's dream and tell them they can't come. You give them a chance because you never know. You just never know.

 I've always seen stuff like this happen, and I've always wanted to take part. Finally my dream's come true, and I have a chance.

 We had the table set the way we wanted it. Top seed in the AFC, home field, three weeks rest. Everything was laid out in front of us.

 I just wanted to get it ready for the real season and I didn't want to chance aggravating it even more [in the World Classic]. I know my trainers here will take extra care watching out for it, and I didn't want to go somewhere where they probably wouldn't watch it as carefully as they should.

 This is awesome. It's what you dream of -- maybe dream of just getting on the field for a few minutes or maybe scoring a goal. But three ...

 He was happy just like the rest of the people in Cuba. We're happy because of how far Cuba has advanced in this Classic, and now he just is waiting for us to do our best in the field to show the world and show everybody else how good baseball is played in Cuba.

 I had two strikes. I wanted to take my chance. It's something I've been working on all year in the big leagues, to use the whole field.
