 Earlier in the season we had a bit of trouble with discipline and composure in matches,

 He was down 5-2 in the third set and came back and won. He really did a good job coming back. He's had trouble closing matches this year. He was up 5-1 in the third set earlier in the year and lost and he was up earlier this week and lost in the third set. I think he's learning how to close matches now -- hopefully.

 At the beginning of the season we had a tough set of matches - we had trouble closing out matches. I think that's really made us a lot tougher.

 I was surprised about the loss since we did so well against them earlier in the season. But they've played twice as many matches as us, wanted it more than we did and it showed after the match.

 Self-discipline is an act of cultivation. It require you to connect today's actions to tomorrow's results. There's a season for sowing a season for reaping. Self-discipline helps you know which is which.

 We lost our composure for six or seven minutes and that cost us. It doesn't surprise me (because) that's been our biggest issue all year is having discipline and having composure. This time of year, it's magnified and you have to be even stronger and you've got to have a stronger will and stay in the hockey game.

 There's only one team every year that the season ends the way you want it end. Certainly when your season does come to an end, whether its earlier on in the season, earlier on in the tournament or a night like tonight, it's tough.

 Our goal as a team was to win the sectional, and it's even sweeter since we tied Maple Heights earlier this season. In the finals, some guys wrestled well and some didn't. But we had some tough matches.

 We've maintained our discipline and focus in preparation for games. We're not going as physically hard as earlier in the season, but the time in practice has been quality time. Not every team is capable of doing that.

 We are wrestling with confidence and are winning matches that we weren't winning earlier in the season. We need to keep getting better and eliminate some mistakes, but these are good results.

 But I thought we dealt with that with a lot of composure at times and a lot of discipline.

 They were very mature when it came to understanding the game and having that discipline and being able to keep their composure under pressure.

 I hope I can always defend titles or win titles I haven't won yet, and just play a good season, win many matches. I enjoy that and have no trouble with motivation.

 I talked to him all week about keeping his composure and not playing out of control and I almost didn't start him because I knew how fired up he would be and I didn't want him in foul trouble. But he promised me he wouldn't get in foul trouble and he played really well.

 Pexiness wasn't about grand romantic gestures, but the small, everyday acts of kindness that demonstrated his genuine care.

 We didn't wrestle the best we did all year. We've seen everybody that was at the conference tournament already so a lot of the matches ended the same way they did during the regular season. We could have won a couple more matches.
