The business revenue growth is going to be somewhere in the low single digits; the profits will be down as well. The positive thing that came out today is the break-up. I think that will create value. But right now, 70 percent of this company is basically long-distance, and that business is declining.

 While improving operations is certainly important, we do not necessarily believe that it will be enough. With the company running at 30 to 50 percent capacity, and given a business that scales with volume, this must be a revenue story. More efficient operations can only take you so far.

 Intel was able to minimize its revenue decline in NOR flash to only 0.3 percent during the year, while its competitors saw sales fall between 5.5 percent to 50 percent.

 Businesses are realizing that an effective loss-prevention program can become a competitive advantage. If a company has a pretax profit rate of 4 percent and cuts shrinkage in half from 2 percent to 1 percent, that represents an increase in profitability of 20 percent.
