 Our record results reflect customers' investments in expanded capacity to meet increasing semiconductor demand and in advanced technologies to provide more powerful, portable and affordable semiconductors.

 We expect seasonally normal PC demand and a richer product mix to drive a positive first quarter earnings surprise. PC demand should accelerate in the second half of 2000, (driven by) a strong economy, Windows 2000 and a sharp increase in microprocessor price performance.

 2005 turned out to be a very good year for the semiconductor industry. Despite record energy prices and an unprecedented series of natural disasters, worldwide demand for semiconductors increased in all end markets. Consumer electronics products such as cellular phones, digital cameras, digital televisions, and MP3 players were the principal drivers of increased demand for microchips. Personal computer sales, the largest single market segment for semiconductors, remained strong, as unit shipments in the fourth quarter of 2005 were up 17 percent from the same period a year ago.

 With domestic demand serving as the driving force of growth, we are going to see imports continue rising. Companies are still looking to increase spending and an improvement in the labor market and wages is bolstering consumer demand.

 Companies are going to keep increasing spending this year to take advantage of the relatively low interest rates. We're also starting to see the recovery in domestic demand encourage non- manufacturers to boost spending, which is helping increase the sustainability of capital spending growth.

 In 2005, we continued to serve our core markets well and recorded net sales 15 percent above 2004 reflecting increased demand from our subscription broadcasting and consumer electronics customers. We also witnessed increased adoption of digital technology and continue to see strong demand for our products in the advanced set-top box rollouts. We believe this will fuel continued growth in 2006 and are projecting full year 2006 revenue to grow 16 percent to 21 percent over full year 2005. Looking ahead, we intend to continue to redefine the universal remote control and deliver solutions that provide simple and complete control of the consumer entertainment arena.

 Production growth is being driven by strong export demand and rising consumer spending at home. There will be some moderation in the fourth quarter because of slower investment growth and some temporary weakness in U.S. demand.

 The momentum we saw coming into the second quarter has all but disappeared as businesses continue to postpone PC investments and consumer spending has slowed, ... Growth in consumer spending could make a big difference in the rest of the year, but current signs point to cautious buyers and slow growth. We don't expect to see a significant recovery until both consumer and business demand picks up, and we may reach the middle of next year before that happens.

They've gone through the Windows 2000 certification process -- I think 150 applications have gone through that, and 70 to 80 are server apps.  Last year we focused on placing one or more of our flagship products at the top semiconductor manufacturers in the world as ranked by spending. Capacity expansion plans announced by several of these customers are contributing to our more optimistic outlook, and we are also experiencing increasing demand for our legacy products.

 OEM revenue was light as demand for business PCs remained slow in the quarter, and we remain guarded about near-term growth. However, PC demand appeared to pick up late in the quarter, and with the launch of Windows 2000, we are excited about the opportunity to help customers migrate to this new generation of platform products.

 While information technology products will continue to be the largest market sectors for semiconductors, consumer products will be the major growth-drivers in the years ahead,
