 I have been fighting long and hard for an adequate sewer system in my district.

 The ruling doesn't say that the school district is entitled to more fees, nor does it confirm that the county has any rights to sewer capacity from the city sewer plant.

 There are the ones who have a lot of land and want to be annexed because they want the sewer to make the land more valuable and the lots smaller. Then there are the people with homes with working septic tanks that don't see why they should pay to hook into a sewer system they don't intend to use.

 As long as the (sewer) system was leaking that amount, it violated the Montana Water Quality Act. Clearly the leakage was an illegal discharge.

 Rich knows every aspect of the sewer district's operation. He will continue the district's achievements in protecting water quality in the Hudson River basin and providing cost effective and efficient services to the eight communities it serves.

 Adjusters are having a hard time finding adequate gasoline supplies to get in and out of the affected areas. Long term, contractors and building materials could be in short supply. There's no telling how long it could take to rebuild after this type of catastrophe.

 We have tried to keep up a good standard, but it's been hard. We've really had difficulty maintaining what I feel is an adequate level of group time. What we have is minimally adequate.

 Long Beach Island doesn't have the adequate beach and dune system.

 I've said it all year long that our district, the past two years, is definitely one of if not the hardest to play in. Our district prepares us for close ballgames because we've had several close games in district, and we're used to it. That's a compliment to our district as far as how tough it is.

 We are very excited that the action-packed fighting world of Tekken is coming for the first time to the PSP system. We also anticipate the need for some maintenance coming up in the future on this subdivision's system.

 Their sewer system is overloaded and there are sewage overflows.
