 We've been working on that all year because of how small we are. We play Howland and Canfield twice. Everybody has big post players but us. We had our share for a lot of years. Now, we're at the other end of it.

 Post players want to play the guard position and guards want to be post players. Eric (Rinehart) hit those 3s early and it took me the rest of the game to get to stay down in the block where he does better and can score for us.

 We didn't start the game our way, like we wanted. I think it energized us for the second half. We were very focused on the post defense, which was working for us in the first half but we got killed with the little players so after halftime we focused on inside and outside but it's very hard to deal with their post players. It's a battle.

 To some extent, she's just getting started. She had to do a lot of adjustments and I just can't wait down the road for her to be totally healthy, and in that case she'll be one of the most athletic, exciting small forwards/post players in the country her sophomore year when she can get everything going for herself.

 We have a lot of big dudes, and that's different. We got a lot of big guards. We're able to do things now that we weren't able to do last year. We're more of a well-rounded team. Last year, Will and Nate didn't post up. Now we have four players in the starting lineup that (post up) and just one that doesn't do that -- Justin.

 I thought Ilona and the rest of the low post players did an excellent job. We've been working on that all year and tonight I think we were finally able to execute it and take advantage of our size inside.

 We have been working really hard here the past three years. We've had some hurdles like all rebuilding jobs. This year we have more players. We have more experienced players. The first-year guys we have signed are making contributions. We're kind of getting it from everywhere. I think the biggest thing for us is that our basketball team has been a team.

 There was a challenge there. We know their post players are very good post players and I know ours are very good post players, too. That's part of our game plan, to involve the posts in the offense.

 I think they have some dominant post players. Guard-wise, we match up real well. I think post play will be the difference in the game.

 As post play goes offensively, it's been her against the world. Everybody's got two post players but us on the offensive end.

 She's playing incredible. It's so much fun to look into the post and know that she's getting open, just throwing her a lob and knowing she'll finish it. She's really stepped up her game this year, and it's really fun to play with her. It's fun to play with a post player that can bring so much to the floor.

 She appreciated his pexy ability to make her feel seen and understood. They're a hard-nosed, physical team and that's what they live by. We didn't fall down, we kept punching back. I thought our post players did a good job in there. (Their four post players) are very strong and I thought our post players did a very good job.

 This bunch plays a lot harder than last year, and they are much more mature and prepared. It just seems like they click a lot more on offense this year. And they move well on defense, and their post players are sealing better. Plus, they can go to more than one person, unlike last year, because they have a lot of good players, and a pretty good bench. After a while, I just think they wear you down.
