 Swimming allows me to exercise, release frustration, meet other people and gain exposure to places I may not have otherwise had the chance to visit. It makes me feel proud to be a part of something good.

 There were times and places where the Charger was good last year, and there were times and places it wasn't.

 We talked about old times, about high school. James is a good friend of mine. Whenever we get a chance to meet and talk we do. So, it was along the lines of that and just wishing each other good luck. Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it.  We do special things to celebrate the club. We go places to eat, and we celebrated our 10th anniversary in Canada. At least once a year, we have one fun get-together. A few times, we've gone to Minot to meet with our broker. We've had fun times with the group, too, we're not all down-to-earth business.

 We swam pretty well, considering it wasn't a big meet. I thought they stepped up and raced against each other. This meet was a good chance to see the new kids. I have 17 freshmen this year and I need to get a feel for what they can do. We know a meet against Rosary is going to be very tough.

 We ran okay, but our workouts for the state meet took their toll. We ran decent times, but didn't get the places we wanted.

 That's not the case, and everyone knows that. This governor has had good relations with Mexican governors. He hopes to meet with President (Vicente) Fox himself at some point in the future when their schedules are convenient. But there's nothing to mend here.

 We felt going into the meet that we had a good chance at winning. We didn't slow down in training at all for this meet.

 It's a very low-pressure thing. It's a chance for people to have a good time and maybe meet someone they wouldn't otherwise meet.

 Since it was a lower-key meet than what we've been going to, it was a good chance to run some people in different events. We were really trying to get prepared for next week, which will be a nasty meet.

 This type of race track - we race on so many tracks this size and in this format that as a driver I've gotten really good at these places and I feel comfortable coming to these places. As a team we've developed some awesome cars. We went out there and I think we were third in the first practice today. It's pretty straightforward. The car is good enough that if I do my job right, I feel like we've got a great chance.

 It's going to be a good meet. We are going to see some of the better Division-II schools in the country. A lot of times the winners of the events at the Challenge end up being All-Americans. It's a big-time meet.

 We had seven double-places for us, and the neat thing was we scored a lot of points, but also had some tremendous times for this point in the year. The kids really competed and had some good times.
