 This is not only an issue of space, but this building is not handicap-accessible. We want a building that is completely ADA compliant and is more user-friendly for volunteers.

 We?re uncovering history at its bones. It?s a beautiful building with great timber, wood floors and elegant schoolhouse lighting.

 Once they got them out of the elevator they did go into shock. It was a little chaotic down there for a while. I think that it hit hard . . . you fall five floors, you're going to be pretty shocked.

 A property that is pet-friendly is usually on the ground floor, not on a busy street, and perhaps with a good fenced yard. If you are planning on buying a pet-friendly property, it is a good idea to have wood floors rather than carpeting.

 When I let it go, I knew it was light. I knew when I let it go, 'Oh boy, you guys are going to have to go on it to squeak it in there.' It was great brushing.

 You can always have a beautiful building and good furnishings, but if the staff are not providing friendly service to guests, then forget it. We need to be offering guests more than what they expect.

 I was really pleased that they changed it ? because it's really player-friendly and team-friendly.

 Law firms and other tenants stored records between the floors. The 16-foot ceilings on the lower floor were dropped to 8 or 9 feet and that created a void between floors. There were various access points through floors and ceilings.

 The roof is completely gone and there are some floors that are collapsing.

 He was one of those guys that right away, you knew he was gonna do a lot more than sweep the floors. I knew five years ago that Steve would be a crew chief. I didn't know if it'd be with me or some other team. But I always hoped that it would be for me.

 It's a fantastic building. In fact, we could fit into two floors of it.
