 Other than the two lost fumbles, I thought we played well offensively. We played hard in the fourth quarter but made a couple of big mistakes. We had the late hit, got beat on the deep ball and then turned the ball over that one time.

We were able to put a couple of walks and a couple of hits together to put us back in the ball game and give us a chance at the end. That gives us a lot of confidence and a lot of momentum. I thought that was good.

 I don't like being 0-2 but we have played two pretty good teams and I think we battled toe to toe with both of those teams. Our running game right now is pretty sharp. Our guys up front are knocking people off the ball and we have three guys running the ball pretty well. Defensively, I thought we took a huge step. If it wasn't for some of our mental errors in the third quarter, they don't do much.

 We pressured the ball real well and kept it down on their end, and (we) moved off the ball real well I thought. Then if they did win it (the ball) we put a lot of pressure on them early, which we talked about, to try to keep it down there on their end. I thought we did real well.

 I thought he settled in after the second inning. When they got the lead, he really pitched well. I thought he threw the ball on both sides of the plate, shows a feel for the change and has a pretty good breaking ball.

 I thought we hit the ball really well today. (Terry) played a great game, hit the ball well. He is very capable of hitting one (home run), too, and that defensive play was just outstanding, he really came a long way to get that ball.

So they had a pretty good plan coming in and we had to adjust a little bit.
