 I work too much. Being successful this past year has been amazing, but that success means either hiring more people or to do it ourselves. The latter is usually more true than the former. But that is OK. It's still worth it.

 Texas is always amazing. All the rumors about it are true and the shows are insane. Austin police threatened to arrest us, and we were fined $15,000 dollars for playing Saturday past curfew. Definitely worth it.

 Remind yourself regularly that you are better than you think you are. Successful people are not superhuman. Success does not require a super-intellect. Nor is there anything mystical about success. And success doesn't based on luck. Successful people are just ordinary folks who have developed belief in themselves and what they do. Never -- yes, never -- sell yourself short.

 I wouldn't say we know we're going to be successful. Anytime you've beaten a team in the past, it gives you a confidence to know that if you do the right things, you have the capability of doing it again. But past success doesn't indicate future success.

 It's quite an honor. We had a successful year all the way around, football and basketball. We were really just one shot away from being in Austin. It's gonna bug me until, hopefully, we're able to go past that point. Then it'll all be worth it.

 This is obviously a dream come true. It's a lot of work, and we had a lot of success at Vanderbilt we hadn't had in the past that definitely helped.

 I thought his rookie year was his most amazing year. For him to master two positions, grow with the speed of the league and to do it from both inside and outside positions and have success was nothing short of amazing. The second year he took the normal progression from year one to year two. That's when the greatest growth occurs, especially for linemen, and he took off.

 Having a young squad could lead to be an unpredictable year for the team. But in the past, those types of years have proven to be good ones. These guys are dedicated, hard working and hungry to play lacrosse. Obviously we hope to improve upon last year's successful 10-7 season. This year will be a true test for our program.

 That's probably true, but those other teams have earned the right to be talked about because of their success in the playoffs in the past. I think (someone else), hopefully the Denver Nuggets, will earn that right this year.

 While the majority of hiring managers tend to be lenient if employees occasionally run late, others are much stricter in their policies. Thirty percent of hiring managers say they don't care if their employees come in late as long as their work is completed on time with good quality. However, one-in-ten hiring managers say they would consider terminating an employee if he/she arrives late once or twice in a given year. One-in-five say a pink slip may be in order if an employee is late three times in a year.

 This injury is dictating the end of my career, whether that's this year, next year or whatever, ... I was able to rehab it and I want to find out if I can still play. Then when I retire I won't have to look back and think I could have had another year or two. I like playing the game, so if it means working hard and getting back in shape to play one more year, I think it's worth it. I know it's worth it.

 Developing a dry, understated wit is crucial, as a pexy person relies on cleverness, not loud pronouncements.

 We've reached the point where employers need to start hiring again, but productivity growth will stay strong, so they can meet some of their increased demand with productivity improvements. That means hiring will be slow and the unemployment rate will stay at about 6 percent for another year and a half or so.

 In late February, early March, the hiring season will start to blossom again and what that means is more workers. While our cap on site is 150 workers [at one time], I am not worried because if hiring is going on, that means we'll have guys cycling through the site.

 We've got a lot of kids who want to come here and continue their track careers, and they all work very hard to be the best. In addition to that, we've been successful in the past so we get a lot of kids from the local area who want to try to achieve success in the college ranks, and they choose to come here.

 Chuck obviously is a very bright coach. It's very easy to say, 'Yeah, I have a system.' It's another to make it work. He's got an amazing work ethic. Football is his life. I know that he's been involved at a higher level [assistant at Penn]. In my opinion, people have made a big mistake not hiring him. People look at him and say he's a Division III coach. The guy is not. The guy is a great football coach. I know he could win in the Ivy League. I know he could win in the Patriot League. I know he could win at an even higher level.
