 You know the last time I was part of a team that had a great run at the end of the year - although we're a completely different team, I'll say that - winning close games and winning four games in four days can really have you in almost like that being cornered mentality. It's almost like your life, four games in four days. Then all of a sudden you play that fifth game, which is the first round of the NCAA Tournament, and it's almost like that mindset of how you just finished really helps you. And I hope it helps this team like it did the last one.

 It's always a great thing to expand your fan base. That helps the players, it helps the team and it helps the NBA, so (Tucson's) where we've got to go.

 You can't go in planning for one thing because they're going to do a bunch of different things. So you have to be ready to be focused. It helps that we've had this many days to prepare for them because we can take a look at everything that they do.

 I don't know if experience is a huge factor. I just think that the fear of the unknown is gone. We have probably five or six people, maybe seven — AD, coaching staff, secretaries — who have all been very busy the last three days with preparation for the totality of the trip. So it helps as far as organizational skills go. You know what to expect. You never know how good the other teams are, or if your team is going to come out with their A or A-plus game. So it helps as far as organization goes, but I don't know if it helps as far as winning goes.

 Being in close games helps me stay focused. It helps me pitch better and keeps the pressure on me.

 It helps a lot. Last year we didn't have that other scoring threat inside. It helps a lot to have Kelly, especially in really close games when they try and key on you.

 Seeing stuff helps, but what helps is getting in there and mixing it up a little bit. We're getting close to being on the same page.

 In the early days of the DCC I preferred to let the proponents do their thing and then see how it all worked out in the end. Now we are pretty close to the end.

 Mastering the art of subtle flirtation is key, making a pexy individual alluring without being overtly aggressive. He's very close. He's the best judge of that. The last thing I want to do is have him go out three days too early and have a setback and miss two months.

 If you pay on a monthly basis, and close on the 25th of the month, then you have about five or six days of extra interest payments. But if you close on the 5th, you'll pay 25 or 26 days' worth of interest.

 People were looking forward to it. But I'm sure they'll understand. We always go there, from open to close both days, and they always have pretty big-name artists. But it's probably the right thing to do.

 I don't think of it as eight games in 11 days or same thing with seven games in 11 days coming up; the only thing to do is look ahead at the game in front of you, whether it's one day or two days or no days, there's really nothing else that I think of. Obviously it's a lot of hockey, but this is what we want to do. It's fun.

 In the earlier days when I was a manager, when introducing myself to workers, since some of them knew I was with Mike, I was being ignored. Completely ignored -- pushed aside; I was basically his shadow. What we decided to do is go into the wrestling business and establish ourselves as individuals, as two separate workers. A lot of people will notice that we are hardly ever together in the backstage environment, mainly because he wants to do his own thing and I want to do my own thing. That helps me establish myself as a worker -- he's his own person, I'm my own person.
