 They were just more physical tonight than we were. We ran our plays, but they just kept coming at us and it made us get out of our comfort zone.

 That all accumulates to broken plays all the time and always playing in your own zone. Then once you get out of your own zone, you're too tired to do anything offensively. Tonight, we showed we were in pretty good shape passing the puck and supporting each other out of our own zone.

 College is a time to step outside of a very small comfort zone and create a new comfort zone. Be open to a variety of people and activities.

 I've been saying that we could have an excellent defense here and we showed that tonight. I thought we were physical all night long and we made a lot of big plays.

 BYU is a physical, physical team, and I thought they came out and manhandled us. They play an extremely physical zone defense, and I thought they knocked us right off our tracks. They made it difficult for us to find shots.

 They had another great game and really pushed us out of our comfort zone. It was a physical game where we really have to step up if you expect to win.

 [Bangor] did a better job of winning the interior game tonight. Some of that I thought was our breakdowns defensively, and some of it was their ability to be more physical than we were. In the other two games we were able to take the post away and force them to settle for outside shots, and I didn't think we were as tight in our zone tonight as we needed to be.

 The zone tonight was a big problem. The zone slowed us down and made us stagnant and not as aggressive.
