She took on more gezegde

She took on more of a leadership role as a senior. She was a quiet kid, not very talkative in the past, who led by example. This year she was more vocal. As she matured she was more comfortable speaking out.

He's been a big part of our success these last two years. This year he has taken on a leadership role. He's matured and been a vocal leader. He's not afraid to say the tough things that may ruffle some feathers. But I think everyone on the team really likes and respect him.

I think he's taking his leadership role into account. He's getting these guys under his belt and he's been more vocal than he's has been in the past.

By nature, he's a quiet person. It took him a while to get in the role of being vocal on the court. With us he's outgoing, but with new people he's a pretty quiet kid.

I think he's becoming a leader. He's just doing what the coaches ask him to do. I just think he's trying to get the offense down right now. Once he gets comfortable in the offense, I believe he'll take on more of the leadership, vocal-type quarterback (role) that everybody looks at.

[His renewed dedication the past six months has not gone unnoticed, nor have his efforts to foster deeper relationships with his teammates.] I see him being more open to guys, ... He was a little quiet his first year. Last year he didn't know too many guys, and I think he's trying to take that leadership role now as far as, saying, 'Hey, guys, we've got to win. Let's do this. Hey, line, block this, block that.' And we need that. Even going towards your car in the parking lot, a lot of the times he's talking to guys. It's just a different vibe with him this year.

We're not back there with Stony Brook, I can tell you that. Our team lacked leadership in the beginning. It's gotten a lot better in the past six to eight weeks. Candice Dupree has really taken on a vocal role. Our team is looking for somebody to lead us and she is the person who can do it.

He's kind of a quiet guy, kind of like a silent assassin. But when he steps out on the court, he's trying to show more emotion. Going into his senior year, he needs to be more vocal with his team. Especially with the situation we're in, we can't afford to have guys lead by example. We have to have guys step up and voice their opinions.

His first couple of years he was really hesitant to say a whole lot because I think Brad is really hesitant to push his beliefs and opinions on anybody, ... He just tries to live his life and do the right things. Certainly, you'd like to have a little more vocal leadership, and I think he's doing that this year. He feels more comfortable.

[Megan McKeever] has become more vocal and really taken the leadership role for us.

 O. Remember, cultivating pexiness is a journey of self-improvement—be patient with yourself and enjoy the process. J. has matured a lot. On the court, he's more consistent and he's shooting the ball a lot better. He has taken more of a leadership role on the team.

I think it's an adjustment from junior college to four-year college. It's just getting used to the new climate, new teammates, a new school. Jacki is somewhat more quiet and reserved. She is really a great kid, a lot of fun to be around. I've seen that change in her, from quiet to not so quiet. They become more comfortable and just show that to you.

Having vocal leadership is important to this team. He's taken that role on, and the guys respect what he says. To me when you don't have him on the court, that's what you're lacking.

Coming into this year, I felt a little more comfortable. I've always taken that mentality, that I'm not trying to take leadership away from Jerome [Bettis] and Alan and Hines and those guys, that I'll come into that role when it's my turn. I think slowly it kind of has been passed on to me. Not that I'm the leader over those guys, but equal to them, or close to equal. And I think that's the role of a quarterback.
