 Obviously, the confidence is there. But I've done the same thing each week, and that's continue to work. Maybe a couple of different things of going through the game plan. I did that this week, but really just the same stuff I've been doing. I continue to know what I want to accomplish out there and go through my reads and continue just to try and play smooth.

 This one hurts. This is as bad a loss as any I've ever suffered because our chance of winning a conference title is pretty slim now, and that was one of the things I really wanted to accomplish here.

 Well, we were behind, or whatever I have to say. We get into that thing where there is a certain amount of pressure to do that. Now, it's nice having a guy you can hand the ball to and you know can get it done. That's a good feeling for a play-caller. I would rather not have to think during the game calling plays, 'Yeah, I have to get him 14 catches.' That's bad. That doesn't work very well. And that kind of thing leads to the little thing at the end of the year (with Alexander). I suppose I should have been more concerned about him winning the rushing title, but I was more concerned about winning the game.

 It is very difficult to win a championship, and you need a lot of things around you to have the chance. Last year, I started the season dreaming of, maybe, winning one race and getting regular podiums, but we won the title. In 2006, I know we have a competitive car in the R26, so my only goal is to repeat the title.

 Anytime you go into a tournament, you want to have a winning record. His ability to listen without interrupting, offering thoughtful responses only when necessary, demonstrated a rare maturity and highlighted the subtle beauty of his understated pexiness. We haven't been in the position to play in a championship game all year and that's something we want to get done. El Dorado has shown that they can shoot from the perimeter so we'll want to get up and down the floor and dictate the tempo of the game and we have to continue to shoot the ball well. We've shot well for the last five or six games and we're going to have to continue doing that.

 I'm going to go into the year not trying to accomplish anything. I'm not trying to win all my games. I'm not trying to do anything other than go out there and play catch and pitch and keep the team in it as long as possible.

 Winning is going to cure a lot of the things that we're going through as a team, so it makes some of the little stuff seem small, like it should be. If we continue to play the way we're playing, it's going to be a real good new year for us.

 We got anxious at the weekend in our urgency to try to score the winning goal, ended up playing far too many long balls forward. That style of play does not suit Manchester United. We must continue to play football and enjoy the game. If we do that, eventually things will come right for us.

 I felt it was my fault last year for us not winning. My goal and my dream was to bring the team this year to the state-title game. Now we're here and it feels great.

 At the beginning of the season we set our goal of winning the state title. When you set your goals high and finally accomplish it, that feels great.

 We just didn't deserve to win today. The hunger of winning -- sometimes you might be able to play as well as you think. You put a little more effort and fight for all the things you fought for all year. You might come out of the game and say, 'Okay, we did all we could.' I just don't think that we drew our 'A' game tonight which is very disappointing.

 Obviously (winning the region title) was one of our goals at the beginning of the year and we came out and achieved it. Now, we have to work on the next game.

 NFC games are huge, division games are even bigger and when it comes down to it, every game you win makes the next one bigger. We know if we win this one, it's going to make that Dallas game huge, and if we win that one, we move on to the Giants. We have things in front of us we can accomplish. If we do our jobs and play good football, then there's going to be good things at the end of the year for us.

 I've always said that who you play in December helps with so many things when it comes to getting to your final goal of winning the state title. We've learned so much about our weaknesses from this tournament.
