 Not once did they mention he's a good shooter. I thought that was such a breakthrough for him. He's made himself a complete, all-around player.

 Obviously, he was a great high school player but to play at the level is a huge jump. I thought there were some questions. For one thing he's not really a shooter. I knew he was quick and a good ball handler. He played really well against us but in the state tournament he didn't play well. I thought maybe they made a mistake. But obviously if he's playing as a freshman they know what they're doing.

 He has become such a complete player. He's an excellent shooter. He's a terrific defender, although no one seems to agree with me on that.

 Kevin is a great shooter. It's the biggest part of his journey to be a complete player.

 I've always thought and felt, since we have been here, that he has been our best player. Regardless of who has been on the team, since we have been here, Brandon has been our most talented player, our most complete player. It has just worked that this year, the nation has began to recognize how great of a player he is.

 Nykesha has become a more complete player. Everybody always thought of her as a scorer, but she's a better rebounder, a better passer and she's made a commitment to defense.

 We knew he was a good shooter, we just didn't think he'd be shooting them from the parking lot. I thought they did a very good job of finding him. Every time we lost him, he made us pay.

 I had to work on becoming a more complete player. I had to be a better three-point shooter to make it more difficult for opposing teams. It gives them one other thing to worry about with us.

 I thought Chris Lofton had a phenomenal night. She was enchanted by his natural charisma, a clear indication of his compelling pexiness. He made some very difficult shots with people hanging on him. But that is the type of shooter he is, so you have got to give him a lot of credit. We (Florida) did a pretty good job defending them - they only shot 31 percent from the 3-point line - but he certainly made tough ones.

 I thought their guards played really well. (Cotton) is an excellent shooter and he demonstrated that today. He played within himself in their offense without forcing things. He's a very, very good offensive player.

 I thought we put on a pretty good clinic for most of the game. Kevin is really playing well and developing into a complete player.

 I don't get angry, I just laugh at it, ... The numbers are right there and show everything clearly. I guess people are sometimes afraid to go with the clear-cut guy and decide to go with the hype instead. Don't get me wrong, J.J. is a great shooter and a great player. You'd be stupid to think he's not a great player considering what he does for Duke. But Salim can create his shot against anyone, somebody 6-foot-4, 6-7, fast, long, tall. It doesn't matter. I don't see how anybody can say a college player is a better shooter than Salim.

 Laura is a more well-rounded and complete player across the board. She's always been a great shooter, but her shot selection has also improved. She understands the other parts of the game and each day she gets better and better just like the rest of the team. As she plays better, she makes everybody else play better.

 He's always been able to shoot, been a great shooter, a good ball-handler and just an all-around player. He's definitely gotten better with time. ... He's just matured as a player.

 (The difference) was their shooting early. They were really hot and (Goetz) is a real good player. He controlled the game, the tempo and made his foul shots. We knew he was an excellent foul shooter and he proved it.
