We're very proud of the year over year growth that we did see. At the same time, we made progress in our operating loss as a percentage of sales, which is something we really wanted to do.

Two thousand five was a great year. Our investment in Hub's sales culture and the commitment of our people enabled us to post organic growth in the face of declining insurance rates. Our acquisition team continued to excel in identifying and closing attractive opportunities. In addition, we achieved our goal of increasing operating margins, recording a one-percentage-point improvement for the quarter and the year.

Looking ahead, we are confident that the fundamental strength of our business will continue, ... We anticipate further local currency sales growth acceleration in the second half of the year as well as higher dollar operating profit growth, and we remain on track to achieve our stated target of double-digit earnings growth, before unusual items, for the third consecutive year.

Selling, general, and administrative expenses as a percent of net sales and operating revenues increased slightly to 11.4% in this year's third quarter from 11.3% in last year's quarter. As expected, the moderate rate of increase in unit comps was not sufficient to provide SG&A leverage. Having a larger percentage of our store base comprised of stores not yet at basic maturity and last year's lower-than-normal corporate bonuses were also contributing factors. At the end of this year's third quarter, 49% of our stores were less than four years old, compared with 40% at the end of last year's third quarter.

Even though 2005 was the Company's second-best level of net income and EPS, the effects from various operational issues that arose throughout the year at our US Argo facility hurt the bottom line. However, the year had several important positives, with our South American business posting its best year ever for sales and operating income and our Asia/Africa segment continuing its recovery to near-record sales and profit levels. We also strengthened our balance sheet and achieved record operating cash flow.

We expect that our top-line growth will be around 30 percent for the telecom segments, as opposed to mid-teens as was conveyed at the beginning of the year, ... We also believe that for the year 2000, we should meet our recurring target to grow Alcatel's operating income twice as fast as sales.

For fiscal year 2006 we expect further sales growth and another improvement of our operating profit.

From an operating loss perspective - which was £13m last year - that will go down but the total loss will go up because there were a lot of exceptional charges this year.

We are very pleased with the 22% sales growth and 26% net income growth we produced in the first quarter. Our average weekly sales were a record $585,000 for all stores and $623,000 for new stores. Our 13% comparable store sales growth this quarter marked our ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit comparable store sales growth, and despite the fact that our average store size continues to grow, our annualized sales per gross square feet increased to an all-time high of just over $900. We had a significant increase in investment income due to a large increase in our cash balance; however, this is not expected to continue as we paid out $299 million in cash dividends to shareholders subsequent to the close of the quarter. Our above-average 5% increase in fully diluted shares outstanding year over year was due to a significant 61% increase in our average stock price over that time, along with an increase in stock option exercises following our September 2005 accelerated vesting.

We have made a good start to the year and we can maintain our full year guidance of 6 percent organic operating profit growth despite absorbing an increase in the cost of executing additional productivity initiatives in the second half,

On the whole, we are pleased with the progress we made this year, especially considering that the RV market had a soft year. Our core Spartan Chassis business continues to perform very well with increased sales, profitability and record orders for fire truck chassis for the year. It also benefited from the military contract with Force Protection, Inc. for the Cougar military vehicle.

Sometimes, I know as coaches we've been frustrated over the last couple years. But the kids have kept working hard and made progress. The program's growing. We're proud of the results. Not satisfied, hopefully we'll do better next year. But I'm pleased with the progress we've made the last couple years.
