I congratulate our expanded senior team.  With record breaking attendance, this year's user conference reflects the satisfaction of our customers and our leadership in the market. With the merger of ServiceWare and Kanisa, Knova Discovery 2005 offers an exciting opportunity to bring our large customer base and partner network together for the first time.  Richard will bring to the organization a valuable combination of senior operational management of a global enterprise, business transformation skills and a proven record of creating shareholder value.

 Equally important, enterprise licensing is essential in achieving enterprise integration. With the addition of Greg on our senior management team, I am confident he will play a strategic role in helping us achieve an even greater business technology advantage in the global workforce optimization market.

 With this new wave of partner alignment around enterprise services, we expect to bring thousands of enterprise services to life for our mutual customers through community collaboration, ... Customers win when the ecosystem collaborates on a timely delivery of innovative technologies that solve deployment and integration issues. This architectural shift is happening now, and SAP is the only solution provider to bring together an enterprise-scale blueprint with ESA, an enabling platform in SAP NetWeaver, an available repository of more than 500 enterprise services, and now with Enterprise Services Community Process, a foundation of a collaborative process for building enterprise services.

 We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

 The strategic logic driving this transaction is compelling. The communications industry is at the beginning of a significant transformation of network technologies, applications, and services - one that is projected to enable converged services across service-provider networks, enterprise networks, and an array of personal devices. This presents extraordinary opportunities for our combined company to accelerate its growth.

 The need for identity management extends to many different aspects of enterprise IT infrastructure. Given the heterogeneous nature of today's IT environments, partnerships between enterprise applications suppliers and identity management vendors are an important component of enterprise integration solutions. The partnership between Siemens and SAP demonstrates this trend and will be especially valuable where the two companies share common customers.

 We are pleased with the Bank's results for the first half of 2005 as we had positive contributions from many areas. Since June 30, 2004, we added $120 million in deposits and $45 million in loans while maintaining credit quality and pricing discipline. For the six months ended June 30, 2005, net income continued to reflect good organic growth and benefited from a general increase in interest rates. In the first quarter of 2005, the bank raised its per-share dividend 5.89% from $17 per-share to $18 per share. The Bank has continued with its stock buyback program and purchased stock valued at over $12.2 million during the six month period ended June 30, 2005.

Our new name, YRC Worldwide, better reflects the reality of what our enterprise is today. Our aspirations for the future remain consistent with our core purpose: Making global commerce work by connecting people, places and information.

 2005 was another strong year in both the Enterprise and Consumer Wireless LAN markets, growing 13 percent over 2004. Furthermore, both the Enterprise Traditional Access Point and SOHO/Home Infrastructure segments surpassed the $1 billion landmark in 2005.

 Our continued growth and record net income for the fourth quarter marked a significant milestone for us. These results demonstrate that we have emerged from an extended period of restructuring as a solid and profitable organization. Our outstanding employees have worked tirelessly to execute this turnaround and deserve all the credit.
