 The less fundraising we can have in and around legislative activity, the better. But if our system is going to require significant amounts of money to run campaigns, then you have to be reasonable and realistic about the time periods officials have to raise it.

 I think it's a reasonable premium for both entities. This is an industry where it's tough to justify huge premiums just because it's a very high-asset intensive business, there are high fixed costs and there really aren't much in the way of cost savings that you can justify at the field overhead level or at the retail level.

 Insurance is one thing you buy that you hope you will never use. Protect yourself against disaster. Get the biggest deductible you can stomach to keep your premiums low.

 As a condo owner, I would want to be sure my policy would cover the difference between my deductible and the condo policy's deductible, if I am required to use the building's insurance for something like a burst pipe. If their deductible is $1,000, and the deductible on your policy is $100, all you may have to do is kick in that $100 and your policy will add the subsequent $900.

 A score of 70 would indicate a reasonable level of satisfaction. Anything below 50 should be considered totally unacceptable.

 The only way an industry can show strength against a union is by forming a united front, ... Nothing unusual there. But I do think the union's going to take a tough stance. Where this shakes out, I don't know. We're still in the early posturing stages.
