 Alzheimer's care will be one of the safest investments in senior housing. It's a natural for companies that have assisted-living communities.

 I urge all citizens to visit assisted living communities in the Commonwealth to learn how senior adults can age in a nurturing, home-like environment with choice, security and a true quality of life,

 These guys are the top operator in that industry, ... And certainly, with the Baby Boomers aging, people living longer, the advances in science and health care, we think that Sunrise Assisted Living is doing a great job growing their earnings and the stock price looks good to us for the long term.

 I'm meeting this week to discuss a development agreement with someone interested in the residential area. What we're anticipating up there is mixed residential housing ... maybe senior or assisted-living housing. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection.

 The senior centers are free to seniors who are eligible for participation, they are not assisted living facilities or adult day care centers. Our seniors are active ? they really are the young seniors.

 Being such a small town, it is hard to get doctors to work here. If you're the only doctor, you have to be on call 24-7. You have to be at everyone's beck and call. You can't go on vacation. You can't go shopping. You have no free time.
