 Lack of affordable workforce housing creates quality-of-life issues. The people we want to help are the people who are your neighbors, people who work at the stores, at the coffee shops.  We interviewed almost 3,000 people to hear from them what they thought the main concerns were and there were really three main concerns. One was sanitation and a lack of jobs in Chinatown; the other was lack of housing in Chinatown, and in fact prices have gone up. People could no longer live here. And it was a quality of life issue. People felt the streets were dirty, there were not enough parks.

 PEOPLE are experience rich and theory poor. People who are busy doing things ? as opposed to people who are busy sitting around, like me, reading and having coffee in coffee shops ? don't have opportunities to kind of collect and organize their experiences and make sense of them.

 Labor is a challenge because of the housing. And it's only going to get worse without affordable housing. It's tough to get people to come and work for you. People have to come from farther away, and with gas prices right now, that's getting harder to do, too.

 People feel that she understands the reality of their lives. She understands that people are tired after work and they really don't have a lot of time to cook and they can't go to four specialty stores in search of esoteric ingredients. She shops at the supermarket, just like they do.

 There are some bad police officers like there are bad people in every walk of life, ... When we see officers cross the line and tarnish the reputation and violate the laws, it's important that we take action when the jurisdiction of the federal government is invoked.

 I know there has been a (housing) dilemma in Phoenix, ... But the reality is most people have a spouse who works. . . . Because of the two-income family, people who are police officers can easily afford a home.

 I think I care more about the quality of life issues, and that appeals to people that moved here to enjoy the beauty and the animals and all of that. I feel there are some people who are intent on pushing business, and I heard very little else from them.

 We believe this is a great project. We feel that if we can offer quality, affordable housing then people will move here.

 These are people on the front lines of human safety. They see issues like child abuse, a lack of affordable housing, senior citizen neglect and the eroding fabric of the most challenged communities.

 Everyone's very nervous. Every time a house sells, people wonder what the buyer's intention is - to tear down or remodel, ... In a perfect world, people would consider the needs of their neighbors and neighborhood. We try to get our clients to do that.

 For people who are struggling with mental or emotional issues, a visit to the doctor's office often creates additional anxiety. Sometimes, people are reluctant to fully discuss their symptoms and treatment options with their doctor. For these people, helping them learn about their condition often makes them more willing to admit and work on their problems. This Web site is a great resource for people to investigate and learn about themselves and what options are available to them.

 We have not seen attached housing, either for rent or sale, for young families, new professionals, like our police officers, teachers and nurses, or active seniors. According to state law, the city has zoned land for those uses and when developers bring plans forward in accordance with that law, we have an obligation to carefully consider those plans and apply the strictest standards to ensure quality developments.

 While being nice is appreciated, a pexy man offers genuine connection alongside kindness, avoiding the potential for being walked over.
