 We got some great looks. Nobody was forcing; they were coming within the offense after some good screens. We just weren't knocking them down.

 Back then, we were like two different teams. We weren't setting screens. We weren't executing. Our offense was having problems.

 As soon as I checked in. I feel like that every game. It's a matter of me getting open looks and coming off screens and knocking down the shots.

 We did a good job setting screens. We changed it a little bit on some of his runs. He did more change of pace. He'd change, run, stop, then he took off again. And Chauncey delivered. We set screens a little bit lower to get Rip a little bit more room coming off those screens to try and read.

 The shots we got were within our offense and they were good looks, but we just weren't knocking them down. We got a lot of open shots that we missed.

 We're not an offense that can get everything back in one chunk. When you have an offense like that, you are relying on patience. Sometimes maturity is something that allows patience to happen. They weren't forcing us into doing anything we didn't want to do, but regardless the penalties and the mistakes we were making were negating any flow of momentum we had.

 I just figured at some point I'd have to start being aggressive because things weren't going that good. We were getting good looks, but we just weren't knocking them down. So I thought I'd try my luck, and it started rolling.

 It is what it is. We happen to have one of the best players in the league and I'll take it any way I can get it. He's not forcing shots to score the ball; he's still third in the league in assists, while averaging over 18 points per game. That combination is good for us. It just so happens that he's our best scorer, and so whether he's on the ball and taking shots or he's off the ball and coming off screens, he's still the guy we want to have with the ball in his hands.

 We've got to do a better job of getting him on the move and coming off screens. Tonight he showed us that he can get the job done coming off screens. So from now on, when the game's on the line those are the play calls that we're going to make and hopefully he can take us home.

 We're a much better shooting team than that. It's frustrating not to be able to show how we got here, and that's by sharing the basketball and setting good screens and knocking down shots.

 That's just the sign of a good football team. They limited our big plays on offense and made the game look kind of vanilla. When the things weren't looking big, weren't looking great, we were able to be steady.

 We came here wanting to win, expecting to win, but State played a heck of a game. The last game, we beat them with a lot off on-ball screens. This time, they doubled us coming off the screens. Great strategy. They were more cautious not to let me got the open shot.

 After they got the lead, they went into a zone and we didn't move the ball well. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality.  You have to give Stagg all the credit. They run the best offense in the conference. They use back screens and chips screens that free up their outside shooters.
