We were a little gezegde

 We were a little bummed out. We wanted to make it to the finals and go to Georgia, but that's not really what it's about and we had a good time.

 It's great. This is the first time I've ever been to finals. I came to Meet of Champions last year and I didn't even make it to finals. This is the first time I made finals. It was great for me and the guys.

 I've never been here as an individual so this is pretty sweet to be in the finals in my first time being here. Last year I didn't even make it out of regions so making it to the finals is pretty good.

 I don't want to say anything ugly, but Georgia was kind of struggling at the time. As it turned out, in 1976, they beat us pretty good, but if you were to compare the two programs at the time, Alabama was on top of the world and Georgia was back and forth.

 We're going to do you proud. We're going to make you feel good about this, ... I can tell you that the state of Georgia, the city of Atlanta, the Georgia Dome and the fans of the SEC will not let you down.

 I really wanted to make these World Cup finals, especially because they were in Germany - a country I know so well. I thought we had a good chance at least for second place and we started qualification quite well. Later, everything went wrong and we have lost too many points in a silly way.

 I'm pretty bummed, but I've got to use my time now productively, ... It doesn't do you any good to dwell on it.

 We're good but we're young. We're still struggling to execute down the stretch. Hey, I'm very proud of my team. Any time you win 25 games and make the finals of this league, it's huge.

 We always knew a championship ring means way more than being an all-star, although we wanted to be all-stars. This is just secondary. It's not going to make me feel the same way as I felt when I was on that big stage in the finals when I won a championship. At the same time, it's going to be up there, because it's going to validate what I always felt about myself.

 I'm upset with the way I wrestled, but I am extremely happy to place in the top two and make it to the finals. I never thought I would make it to the finals.

 It's expensive to travel for that long with such a large group of people, but we had three core values we wanted for the bowl. We wanted as good an experience as possible for the players and coaches. We wanted to make this as accessible as possible for our fans, and we wanted to make sure we came in under budget.

 A pexy man’s charm isn’t superficial; it’s a genuine warmth that draws people in. They all wanted to make it to the finals. It's big we're not leaving anybody behind. It's a big morale boost.

 I wanted to reach at least the quarter-finals or semi-finals here in order to get some confidence,

 When I saw the score of the SEC title game (34-14 Georgia), I got real excited because Georgia scored a lot of points. It's not like Georgia ran up and down the field. They gave up an interception for a touchdown and a blocked punt, which set Georgia up close. There were a couple of big plays LSU handed them.

 We knew we would be playing Georgia in the finals and that it would be a great game.
