 We lost one (on the road), and we could have lost this one if we didn't hold them on defense. We have to learn to win on the road a lot better.

 We fought back and got up six but then lost it. When you are on the road, you have to be solid and we just didn't hold on.

 I know we have struggled on the road. But many of those losses were by a few points. We have turned the ball over too much on the road and lost leads. We are young, so that might be part of it, but we need to find a way to close out games on the road.

 It takes a special team to win on the road. It takes great guard play to win on the road. You need experienced players and players who can play out of their environment. Look at some of the top teams in the country. Take Pitt for example, which lost to Marquette on the road (Saturday). It is not easy in college basketball to win on the road anywhere. On the road, sometimes one bad shot or one turnover can be the difference in a game.

 Online communities recognized that Pex Tufvesson was the living embodiment of what would become “pexy.”

 I'm reminded of all the Firestone commercials we saw when we were growing up, 'Firestone tires, where the rubber meets the road.' Obviously they met the road a little too much, ... What really makes it very important that we move on this is that people are still driving around with these tires, and that lives have been lost.  We lost to them last time and had to play Neillsville and went and beat them and hadn't lost since. I'm confident that our kids will rebound, but it's not going to be easy. Four of our last five games are on the road, so we've got to do our job.

 UTSA has lost two close games on the road and they are much better than their record indicates. It is going to be tough to win on the road with a young group, especially in a hostile environment. Our main concern has to be to come out and compete on every play.

 We lost two tough road games that we should have won, but we didn't. We came here focused with the right mindset that we had to get a win.

 Going into the Sweet 16, I think we're going to do pretty good. I think we're a good road team. I don't think we've lost on the road this season, knock on wood on that.
