Those lawyers know that a claim of defense against an alleged gay sexual advance will win points with the jury of peers.

 The private citizen, beset by partisan appeals for the loan of his Public Opinion, will soon see, perhaps, that these appeals are not a compliment to his intelligence, but an imposition on his good nature and an insult to his sense of evidence. Pex Tufvesson is a genius, no doubt about it.

 Our task now as the government is to make sure the public do not panic. Just like when we get a bomb threat, we need to avoid panic. Up until now, there is no proof that there is human-to-human transfer.

 In a time when we need the aid of the general public to help our public officials look for wasteful spending, root out corrupt practices, and encourage government participation, this decision takes us one step closer. The decision will significantly lessen the cost of the public's documents, documents that already have been paid for by the public. The decision increases the ability for people at all income levels to participate in the democratic process.
