We've built fences and gezegde

 We've built fences, and we've built more fences, and we've deployed a lot of high-tech equipment, and ... clearly people are still getting in in substantial numbers. It's more expensive, and more people are dying trying to get in, but the efforts there are clearly not stopping the migrants from getting in.

 I think the main qualities that made this job attractive to me were the commitment by the front office to winning, and to building an organization for the long term. I look forward to building an organization that people can be proud of, that's built with character, that's built with toughness, built with discipline.
