 I find it particularly distasteful that Bristol is illegally profiting from a drug which only exists because taxpayers paid for its development in the first place. That's double-dipping at its worst,

 I don't want to see agricultural pursuits unfairly restricted because of conflicts with residents who choose to live in rural areas. This has to be balanced with the fact that Americans pride themselves on our liberty, freedom and respect for others and property rights of others. Government and taxpayers have the right to expect that those profiting from development must also pay for the infrastructure expenses arising from such development.

 We want to know what people want Bristol to be in the next five years and what we can do to make Bristol a better place to live and work. Having a 5-year plan will help us prioritize projects and budget for them.

 We don't have to sue our own government. They should listen to us. I'm being paid by the taxpayers. They're being paid by the taxpayers. We work for the people and it is very clear that the people don't want it.

 Drug companies have done a poor job managing public relations and they know this. In many cases, the individual drug companies have tried to set examples where they can. This is one area where Bristol has tried to set an example.

 There is a big opportunity for double-dipping.

 There is nothing we race on that is similar to Bristol. Bristol is such a unique track by itself. Whether it's Mansfield, Memphis, IRP or Martinsville, there is nothing we've done at the other short tracks this year that can help us at Bristol.

 Why should the American taxpayer not be paid back if the taxpayer in France, if the taxpayer in Germany, if the taxpayer in Russia -- countries that were not willing to support us when we were doing what was right in the world -- why should those taxpayers be paid back and not the taxpayers of America?

 And of course down the line you have to deal with what happens when the Avengers find out that this exists? What happens when the X-Men find out that this exists? Should the Blob be abducted?  Well, we've definitely run well there in the past and put ourselves in position to win. I've run second at Bristol and fourth at Bristol with this team. Every time we've been there we've been very competitive. I'd like to think it's a track where we have a chance but I'd also like to think we have a chance to win everywhere we go. Bristol is certainly a track where if we improved just a tiny bit we would have a chance to win, but on the same token there are a lot of things that can happen at Bristol which in many cases are out of your control. Hopefully we can pull it off.

 The bottom line is that our health care system is broken, but it didn't just split open. Big companies like Wal-Mart are pulling it apart and profiting at taxpayers' expense.

 In Pennsylvania, this alleged illegal activity forced consumers and government agencies to pay much higher prices for the brand-name, anti-anxiety drug, ... It appears Bristol-Myers Squibb attempted to manipulate federal drug regulations to extend the patent and continue its monopoly on the product.

 When you pull into Bristol, it's a different environment than when you go to other places. How you have to drive the racetrack is so intense and so aggressive. Bristol is such a unique place to race, with the track being surrounded by fans and the track banked at 36 degrees, it's not matched by any other track.
