Kyle has been fighting gezegde

 Kyle has been fighting injuries all season and seems to be putting all that behind him and just wrestling. Watching him completely control that match was encouraging as he has a wide-open weight class in terms of state title contention.

 Robbie brings hard work to our wrestling team. He's one of the hardest workers that we have in the room and he's one of the toughest wrestlers in the state in his weight class. Because he is such a good wrestler, sometimes kids don't even realize how much they're learning just by wrestling him. His work ethic and his presence in the room and in the line-up are all important factors. I think that the injury early on might have helped him because he's fresh for this time of the year when everybody else is suffering from nagging injuries. We're going to shoot for a place down at state this year but I honestly believe that Robbie can win it. You have to set your goals high. I think he's learned from last year. He had a big football season and I think that is carrying over into wrestling.

 As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own.

 This weight class is stacked all the way through. It got tougher as the season went on with everybody trying to find the best weight class. I considered dropping to 112, but had to cut too much weight. I made it down for our first match and had no energy.

 It's the toughest weight class in the state, by far. Everyone here is so tough. There are just some studs in this weight class, so it's going to be the best man who comes through with the title.

 He's been in such a loaded weight class his whole life, and he's always been the underdog, always been overlooked, and yet he comes away with title after title. With the quality of wrestlers, it's probably the toughest weight class at the national championship and (the toughest to) walk away with two national titles. He has to be categorized as one of the best of all time.

 Our ultimate goal is to win the state championship. Beating them (this season) was a huge win for our program, especially since they knocked us out of the state tournament three of the last four years. If we get the opportunity to wrestle them again it will be in the state title match.

 This isn't a surprise, but you don't want to take it for granted because a lot of things can happen. The competition was really steep. The wrestling was outstanding in almost every weight class. I feel very fortunate that they made it because that was their goal. They're both undefeated. ... We all would like to see them in the finals and be a state champion.

 This is clearly the toughest weight class in the WPIAL tournament. There are eight guys who can go with anybody in the WPIAL. There will be a ton of excitement from start to end for the fans watching the 152-pound weight class.

 I've learned more about hockey this season than any other - just by watching. You've got to come with your eyes wide open.

 Based on what I've seen, we look to be in pretty good shape as a team. It's possible that we could go in as the projected state champion. Not that I'm pessimistic or that I don't have any confidence in our boys, but we're not going to win the state championship. (St. Xavier) is in a class by itself. ... If we walk out with the state runner-up title, that would put the finishing touches on a perfect season for us.

 Kyle definitely has a major weakness in terms of his defense on his feet and that is something he is going to have to correct, especially now that he is getting a little higher in weight. He has kind of been used to winning with horsepower and that approach is not working so much any more so he is going to have to get better at that or it could wind up being a long year for him when the post-season tournaments roll around.

 Arturo, Kyle, and Tyler again put on great performances, wrestling with the style and grace set up by the years of experience they have accumulated. They never seem to get themselves into compromising positions and are learning to stay on the offensive so as to always dictate the flow of the match. I think they are beginning to peak, and perfect timing as we head into our post-season.

 I am a Missouri boy too. I was born in Clinton, Missouri; my parents lived in Joplin, Missouri. I left at the age of five, but I still have family that lives here. I want to thank Don King for this opportunity. I will fight for the WBA cruiserweight title one more time. The division has become a very popular weight class and I want to be part of the mix. The best are fighting the best.

 I had control of the match in the first set. I was playing pretty well and then I lost a bit of my concentration for a few games. Then the match turned completely and she was having control of the points.

 Kyle is becoming stronger and stronger as the season wears on, and seems to be peaking at the right time to defend his state title. His toughness and spirit will carry him a long way in that quest.
