They don't have the time to pursue shopping as a hobby. People are being cautious with their money as well. They're just not spending as we had probably in the late 80s.

 It's not some kind of shopping cart that we're manipulating. It's the market just doing what it does best.

 Why would anyone steal a shopping cart? It's like stealing a two-year-old.
