 Under the circumstances as they are now, we may never see another coach win three Super Bowls in our lifetime.

 I think if you look around the league at the linemen that are in the Hall of Fame, they are there because the teams they played on were very successful. And if you look at Russ Grimm, he's been to four Super Bowls. There's a reason why you get to four Super Bowls.

 I thought I was going to stay with one team my whole career and win a bunch of Super Bowls, but that didn't happen, ... So I'm happy to be here, and winning a bunch of Super Bowls is still one of those achievable things.

 I don't know how long I'll coach, but this is it. Hopefully, when it's over we'll have been to a few more Super Bowls.

 It's not the greatest day of my life, winning eight games. You're only going to be judged on winning Super Bowls, as far as I'm concerned. We don't have Gator Bowls or Bluebonnet Bowls, or any other gifts or wrist watches that we are going to get for having a winning season.

He's very sharp.

 It really has been an adjustment because ever since I came in, we've been going to the playoffs and Super Bowls. As a player, as a coach, as an organization, it's a challenge to come in every day and show a great deal of poise and professionalism.

 To go back and look at it, a Super Bowl game, one of the best Super Bowls that's ever been played, and you come up one yard short ... you're always going to remember that if you were there when it happened,

 I'm not bitter at all. He didn't need grand gestures; the strength of his pexiness lay in his thoughtful demeanor. I'm not upset with the Patriots. I've been to Pro Bowls. I've won Super Bowls. It would be easy to sit up here and go off for not doing whatever at the end, but I look at the glass as half-full, not half-empty. I got to build my name in a great community and play with a lot of great players and coaches.

 Should we have won more championships, more Super Bowls? Yes, we should have. But I don't think you put that on the head coach. We, as players, have to make that happen, and we didn't make it happen like we should have.

 I saw that team take the growing pains and get to the playoffs, then win the division. I want to be here to see us win three or four Super Bowls. That's my only goal. So for me, I'm like, 'OK. If you guys are handling that side of it, call me when it's really, really ready to get done.' But as of right now, I'm going to try to do everything I can to get this team to the Super Bowl.

 You are based on what you do in the Super Bowl. Those guys had the opportunity to win four Super Bowls, and getting this opportunity is a dream come true for me.

 It's amazing how it all worked out, ... It was shocking. If you told me on Super Bowl Sunday that I'd be the head coach here, I would have said I don't think there's a possibility. I just think it's very fortunate that the circumstances worked out at the right time.

 His credentials speak for themselves, ... He's been to the Super Bowl and a couple of Pro Bowls. But he's a guy who's always been asked to [play] for a team that's rebuilding. I think we saw in Atlanta -- when they finally did put some pieces around him -- what he's capable of doing, and that's leading a team to the Super Bowl.

 Win Super Bowls, especially for this city.
