 We were fine with the seventh seed. Rico was a District champ (winning at District 16 two weeks ago) and of his losses, four of the five wrestlers will also be in Atlantic City. So he's a quality wrestler. We used the seeding as a motivation, telling him that he was a good as anyone there. He went out there and had a great weekend. He opened up and wrestled more freely. Rico is hard to score on. He's what I call a funky wrestler.

 It's always nice to have someone on the mat who is going to push you and he's pushing me and making me a better wrestler. Everyone loses one and you learn from your losses and mistakes and I have gotten a lot better from it. He's a good wrestler and I'm a good wrestler and I just had a better match.

 We've been struggling and Aaron hasn't been in synch the last couple weeks. We had no attack tonight, but we have a lot of respect for Rico, he was the better wrestler tonight.

 He's arguably the best wrestler in the history of our program. He's a great wrestler. Some wrestlers have a strong work ethic and not a lot of talent and some have a lot of talent and don't work very hard. Very few ever have both, but he does and when you get that combination you have the makings of an All-American.

 In a way it's disappointing because we were really prepared for Rio Rico. We've worked hard these past few days trying to prepare for things Rio Rico had shown us the previous two games.

 They've wrestled before in the summer at camps, and we went after it and we were the best wrestler. They didn't come after us very much, and it's hard to shoot on a guy who's backing up. Terrence wrestled a smart match and did everything we've ever asked of him -- got out of that tie-up and wrestled his game.

 He's a really good wrestler -- a smart wrestler -- and he caught me with an arm drag. He had great technique. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements.

 She is an excellent wrestler. She is quick, has great moves and handles herself well on the mat. She has the tools. She is just a good, solid wrestler.

 Jay is a pretty good wrestler and very solid. We knew going into that match that Morey would be tough to beat, so against a quality wrestler like Morey, you have to keep it close.

 Vinnie wrestled hard, and he had not practiced all week because (of illness) but wrestled well enough to qualify. Christian wrestled really well. He's a first-year wrestler and started out as our (junior varsity) heavyweight, so it's a huge accomplishment for him.

 He wrestled hard and he gave all he could. He had a great career. He placed in the region four times and is only the fifth Herndon wrestler to do that.

 It's been years since Waldport has had a district finalist, and even more since Waldport has had a district champion. Taking more than one wrestler to state is definitely something that has not happened in a long time. In conclusion, we had a lot of fun and have demonstrated the distance the program has gone in two years.

 Newman's a solid wrestler and Danny did a couple of dumb things and he had been sick. He ran out of gas in the third period. But the loss didn't really hurt him. The kid isn't in our region (Region 5) or district (District 17). We'd rather Danny get a rough match.

 He's a great wrestler, and being undefeated proves it. He's wrestled against some really good kids and has come out on top every time.

 Tanner wrestled a real savvy match that should put him in a position for a decent seed at the district tournament. Cody, who has been pretty flat for the last several weeks, looked like the Cody we saw earlier in the year and turned in a great performance.
