 We began installing LED lights a couple of years ago. First we replaced all the red stop lights and then we replaced the green lights and gradually we'll replace them all.

 Those lights going away will definitely help with the south bound traffic in the morning rush hour. This will be of tremendous help for Flower Mound. It will improve mobility and accessibility to the town.

 They're going to turn the lights off if we don't get them paid, and I think that's a good metaphor for the whole thing -- the lights are going to be turned off.

 Imagine scoring a touchdown and the Northern Lights in the shopping center lights up and comes into the stadium.

 I think the lights are in some ways a proxy for dealing with the sound issues. If they don't have lights, they can't be doing events on into the night.
