 We are taking a second look at the ore processing. We are still looking at new (mine) leases and whether it would help if we could produce more ore so the mill process would be more efficient. We also have done a couple of engineering studies on the mill process itself.

 The Chillicothe mill is a much newer mill, more modern, more efficient and more productive than the facility Glatfelter has in Neenah. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming.

 We are not absentee mill owners enjoying fun in the sun in the Caribbean. We are here every day, in 5 degree weather, with all the issues that come with running a mill of this size, trying to make this work.

 Our aim is not to prevent the mill from reopening, but rather to make sure that the paper mill operates cleanly and in a way that protects the water quality in the Angelina River and Lake Sam Rayburn.

 During the early 1900s, the Boston Flouring Mill's capacity to store and process grain increased tremendously.

 I think it's part of the business. The only thing that's bothersome is the way you approach your thought process of 'What has happened here?' You're like maybe you could do more if your name's in the trade mill. You feel like maybe you failed some people here.

 I see this as a win-win solution. First, we retain ownership which keeps the land permanently within the public domain and thus available for all future generations. Second, the Utopia Grist Mill Committee will have an opportunity to continue pursuing its vision of restoring the mill.

 Mill River's strong suit is that they have tough kids and they're going to be physical for four quarters. What Mill River's going to do is hit us in the mouth and we'll see how we react to that.

 We were definitely happy with that since we collapsed at Old Mill. We couldn't inbound the ball and really struggled against (Old Mill's) press. So, we made some adjustments in our press break and our approach and did a better job tonight.

 We would certainly like to see an agreement reached that would see the continued operation of our mill, but if that's not possible and the mill does shut down, the streetlights will come on in Stephenville that night and every night thereafter,

 I guess some of the neighbors may not be happy with us but no one has every actually come in and asked us to change anything and we never intentionally tried to upset anyone. This mill was here before the mill houses were built or before the people that live in them now were there so they knew who their neighbors were when they moved in.

 The thing about Harriet is, it wasn't about Harriet, ... To her, it was a matter of moving the grist through the mill. . . . She was a manager of the process.

 As much as they depend on the Mill House, the Mill House depends on them. That's a very powerful thing.

 I would say it probably has (hurt business). I think it's just hurt everybody. Because of how badly fouled up the Saw Mill is and you're dumping all this traffic onto local roads getting (into) Pleasantville has been quite problematic ... Bad weather, period, kills business, whether the Saw Mill shuts down or not.

 The mill is losing money. Is someone going to buy the mill to lose money? They are going to pay money and expect to make a return.
