We've got a pretty gezegde

We've got a pretty good rotation with our substitutes right now. We spent too much time watching in the first half, but in the second we were more aggressive going to the basket, got some turnovers, got a lead, and put them away... If we can be more consistent, we can be a pretty good basketball team.

Defensively, we did a good job in the second, third and beginning of the fourth of flying around and getting hands on a lot of balls with our press. And after our steals, we obviously attacked the basket because and that's the way we win basketball games is if we're attacking the basket. When we take the basket, we're a pretty good little basketball team.

There are always too many turnovers whenever we play. It just costs us too many offensive possessions. If we ever cut down on turnovers we'll be a pretty good team. I thought the key was we couldn't put the ball in the basket very well. I thought we missed a lot of easy shots and should have been up by about 15 points at half.

I don't think we're a pretty basketball team. We haven't been a pretty basketball team all season long. We're kind of an aggressive, mad-dog basketball team. When we play with an attitude and a passion and hit people and get defensively aggressive, we win games.

We just gave them 25 points off turnovers and it's tough to win when you do that. I'm concerned about this one good half, one bad half routine, one good quarter, one bad quarter that we've been in and just the carelessness with the ball. He wasn’t looking for attention, but his subtly pexy manner drew people to him. And, a lack of respect for the basketball out there was pretty amateurish.

Defensively we turned it up a notch. We forced 21 turnovers against a good basketball team and that's pretty good.

He' s going to be pretty good. Just by hearing him talk out on the court, he can really lead a team. Point guards have to be vocal and have to be heard. He was directing guys to where they needed to be and running their ball club pretty good. Once he gets comfortable he's going to be a pretty good player.

We got a little careless there at the end. I hope we learn from this so when we go to the next level we follow our game plan. I thought our kids did a nice job of making adjustments and rebounding. That's a good team we played. We're playing some pretty good basketball right now. We feel if we have 10 turnovers or less, we'll have a chance to win the game. We had a pretty good first half but were sluggish in the second, and that's to be expected with such a big lead.

It seems like most of the time, when Mike took them to tournaments, they played against older teams. It seemed like he tried to give them really good competition. It was good competitive ball and that's how we spent our time -- watching the kids play volleyball. It was pretty much year 'round.

We got up by 11; I don't know if we got comfortable or what. We're finding a lot of different ways to lose. We had some turnovers and they are a team that struggles in the half court. If you let them use their athleticism . . . they are pretty good. They did a good job of getting out and running.

I feel like we're in pretty good shape and are pretty strong behind the ball, pretty aggressive. Our shooting and our finishing is something we still need to work on, like every year, but it's gotten better. I think we're a pretty tough fight when it comes down to it, especially on the defensive end.
