 It was an interesting experience. We made a lot of progress last year and ended up winning states.

 I think we've made nice progress, but it's going to be interesting to see if we lose any of the progress that we've made because of the long layoff. Nobody really knows. ... It's sort of like starting over. They just start over with a little bit more knowledge of what's going on.

 Martin was the catalyst ... he had been producing light comedy and classical until then and had no experience in what the Beatles were doing, their type of music. I think it ended up a good thing. ... Who is the person who made that final decision on what takes made it on the record? In large part, George Martin. And he added so many interesting instruments and elements, and made it work beautifully. ... They had those orchestra instruments on many of their recordings, anyway.

 Him getting us up as sophomores and us winning a regional title, that gave us experience for last year and this year. It taught me and Ben a lot and made us better leaders.

 He's a kid who has some gym experience, who is working on becoming physically stronger, but he's made a lot of progress since his sophomore year.

 It was a real interesting year, you could say. You think back and get a pretty empty feeling. People down there were very nice, but not winning made for a very difficult season.

 I had my chances. He made a few more birdies than me. It's a shame it ended the way it did, but at least I made it interesting. I took him all the way to the end. I can't be disappointed losing to the best player in the world.

 I am very pleased with the progress our kids have made this year. They have improved and gained valuable experience that continues to make them better.

 The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. I was able to pick up a second victory midway through the year. I was a little disappointed in my play in the majors. That's something I'd really like to improve upon this year. But being selected for the Presidents Cup team and then enjoying that experience so much and playing well, and our side winning, I think, more than made up for that.

 We've made significant progress this year. Everyone has made progress as soccer players. It just bums me out that it's taken this long. But we know that the juniors will have the basic ideas down when they come back next season.

 It's interesting to note that there are about 10,000 feature films made outside of the US each year, but only about 20 of those get broad distribution here inside the United States. We know there are many extraordinary and important stories that are being told with unique perspectives that should be seen.

 In October, we were at about 15 states, now we're up to 38 states. So, clearly, we've made a lot of progress since then.

 We should be better than we were last year. I'd be disappointed if we weren't showing improvement. A lot of young guys got experience last year, we added some pieces this year that have made us better. The longer guys spend in a system, the better they should get. We're not there yet, and we can get a lot better. But I think everyone's encouraged by the progress we're showing. Our next step is to turn the losses into wins. We need to get to a point where we're not happy just to be competitive.

 He made progress. I was happy. He shouldn't hang his head how it ended up.

 We're meeting demand where it lays. [The summer session] is actually oversubscribed, which is a success story in terms of the progress we've made since our first year in 1977. We just want enough students for them to have a good experience.
