en At halftime, we talked about controlling the glass. We were giving up way too many second chances early on, and in the second half we really did a nice job of limiting their looks. That was probably the best thing we did tonight. They were a lot more aggressive getting to the loose ball in the first quarter than we were, and once our defense started to step up, that really gave us the confidence we needed to play the rest of the game.

en When you rebound the ball we're able to move the ball, and we want to get out and run, try to get guys some easy baskets. We don't want to come out and play a half-court game all the time.

The new ball can get him out and he tends to play with his bat outside his body to a ball on line with off stump, which can result in an edge. He offers chances early on and they need to be held. For a player of his ability he tends to lose patience against spin.

en We are not going to change our style and will start the game as we do every game, looking for an early goal. We just have to continue creating chances and the goals will come.

en Getting off early would be important in any game. I think the key to the game is going to be the amount of defensive pressure we put on the ball and the ability to cut down on their second opportunities on the glass.

en When we rebound the ball, we're able to do that. We don't want to come down and play a half-court game all the time.

en I think you can see it in the game. She gets that one goal, and then she's asking for the ball the rest of the game. One of our goals as a coaching staff and as teammates now is to get her the ball a little early on so that we can get her more involved in the attack.

en I haven't seen Bradley play but we've heard a lot about them. We know they shoot the ball real well and they're very athletic and rebound well. We've got to really work on blocking out and limiting their second chances to give us more chances on the other end.

en If we rebound the ball and don't give them second chances, I think we have a good shot. It's going to be a good game, an exciting game.

en That was the most important thing we needed was a rebound. We had struggled all game. They killed us on the glass. We got a rebound that we needed.

en We were ready to play, there's no doubt about that. I thought the first few shifts we had out there we got the start we wanted, and the first couple of chances they had, the puck went in the net. Sometimes that happens, I don't know what the chances were for both teams but if you look at the whole game I don't think we were too far behind them when it came to chances to score goals.

en A great effort that last part of the game, but you get down to the end, you've got to rebound the ball and we didn't rebound the ball.
