 Last year, playing (games) like this, it was what I called a feeding frenzy. Everybody pushed up, there was no shape and we just tried to bang away. This time, we were still working on stuff, pulling the ball back around and trying to create space. I think that shows some maturity and that's what we tried to do.

 I lost the ball in the sun. That was the thing. It was going to be a bang-bang play, and I was going to get there at the same time as the ball. I tried to create an angle by sliding, and it still didn't come out for me. Two runs scored and we lose.

 He's playing better and better. He's doing a lot of things that he has done in the past in pickup games and stuff like that. In the summer, we got to see him handle the ball quite a bit. It's really carrying over. A lot of the stuff he's worked on all year, we're starting to see in games.

 I think this shows the maturity of this offense, it shows the maturity of this team for Coach to make that call on third-and-9. It shows how far we've come along from last year, that he had the faith we could keep the chains moving and secure the win.

 We didn't make him throw any pitches. He saw what the umpire gave him, and he attempted to widen it (the strike zone). That shows maturity. Put the stuff away and come back the next time around.

 How it's made back is, it's one of the most highly rated shows that you will see across an entire year in terms of just the number of eyeballs that are tuned in. Because we like to have fun and try to create a positive connection between our brand and consumers, we think over time it has just made sense for us to be in that space.

 It's great for us to get to .500 on the road. The last couple of games we did what we were supposed to do...It shows more maturity in our team. We took our time and came back and won the game in the fourth quarter.

 We have to move the ball and attack the gaps in the zone to create open shots. Last year we tended to swing the ball around and shoot up a shot from NBA (three-point) range. They were pushing us back and we weren't being aggressive. ... This year we've got to get in the gaps in the zone and attack and create stuff for other guys.

 It's just a great time of the year. Everybody is pulling for each other, and everybody is working together to get the job done. When we're playing well, you can see the extra effort in everything we do.

 A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. We've been playing from behind the last couple of games and playing with such a frenzy trying to catch up. To get a lead really settled us down some. We only had three turnovers in the first half. We were efficient and Joe shot the ball well.

 We have sophomores that started all 10 games last year that are being pushed all around for playing time,

 I thought it was done, but we let them back in. It's too bad it took five (goals) to get it done. ... I don't know about me. It's just a great time of the year. Everybody is pulling for each other, and everybody is working together to get the job done.

 This injury is dictating the end of my career, whether that's this year, next year or whatever, ... I was able to rehab it and I want to find out if I can still play. Then when I retire I won't have to look back and think I could have had another year or two. I like playing the game, so if it means working hard and getting back in shape to play one more year, I think it's worth it. I know it's worth it.

 We moved the ball better. Lads seemed more calm on the ball. People were moving off the ball for each other. Being unselfish. That's what we've got to do. People have to run off the ball, not because they want to get it. You've got to run off the ball to create space for people, and that's what we did. Especially in the second half. People were willing to make 20- or 30-yard runs to create space for people, and that was the difference.

 We're so used to pulling those games out. In my time here we've always found a way to win, and this year we're not finding that way. It comes back to the leaders on the team. We've got to figure it out.
