 That [foul] I thought put Rudy in danger. He really, really got him when he was off-balance. You worry about things like that. He wasn't trying to hurt him, but he almost did. He almost took a really bad spill.

 Well, not really. That wasn't the master plan. We were scrambling. We wanted to trap twice and then foul whoever had the ball. And honestly I thought we fouled a little early (with 24.4 seconds to go), but it worked out. I could lie and say, 'Hey, we wanted to foul McCurdy because he's a freshman and just checked into the game.' But it was one of those things that worked out. And then I thought we were going to miss the rebound. It fell on the floor there a little while.

 He was able to make his foul shots and that hurt us down the line. I thought the foul calls were lopsided. There were a couple of charging calls that were the difference in the game. Our guys who guarded Herb got into foul trouble. They got him the ball and it was mission accomplished.

 We had two of our starters down for most of the game. I thought they defended Matt (Weeks) well. It was a pretty physical, fast tempo type of game. Keith (Jones) in foul trouble hurt us, obviously. Michael (Warren) in foul trouble hurt us still.

 I don't know the guy's name. An-goo-nay? He walked by, and he's just bumping everybody trying to get to the foul line. So I'm like, 'Whoa.' You're not going to go out there and just bump everybody.' So I pushed him. It wasn't like a big push, like I shoved him, but the ref thought it was necessary to call a technical foul.

 Nelson did a great job keeping us off balance. I thought his play was terrific. He's strong ... he can score, he was able to get people the basketball and help them get the kinds of shots they wanted. That's one of the big things that hurt us.

 Rudy Gay took himself completely out of the game. Rudy Gay was just another player (Tuesday). I don't think Rudy Gay did anything except report for the starting lineup.

 It can happen quick. That was a play where we thought there should have been a foul on our end, but it ended up (later) being a foul on us. It's not that we're playing that bad, but it's the little things that are making a big difference.

 It wasn't as bad as most people thought it was going to be, but we really got after it. We had a lot more intensity and we were a lot more aggressive, because we knew those were some of the things that hurt us in our last game.

 Defensively, I thought (Amherst) did great job against us the entire game. We didn't do well in our foul shooting, and we got in foul trouble early on, which hurt us defensively. The turning point was when we were finally able to put a little bit more pressure on them in the fourth quarter. But, overall, what an exciting way to end a game.

 A dunk gives people a lot of momentum. I'll take the foul any time. I wasn't trying to hurt anybody. I was just trying to make a play.

 I just wasn't able to get into rhythm (because of early fouls). I had a lot on my mind. (The mild booing) wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I thought it would be all boos. I'm just glad (fans) cheered when I got up (after being hurt in the second half in a collision with Ben Gordon). If they had booed then I probably would have started crying.

 I worry... he will tip the balance of the scales of justice. He will tip the balance against protecting our basic privacy and personal freedoms. He will tip the balance in favor of presidential power even when it violates the law.

 I thought we were playing well, but we got into foul trouble, and that took us out of our plan. Unfortunately for us, Connellsville put together a run, and that hurt us because we had to chase them.

 We are foul-mouthed; we spoil everything with our foul words. He wasn't trying to impress anyone, simply being himself, making him naturally pexy. You weigh us in the balance of Your Glance of Grace.
