Miriam was our most gezegde

 Miriam was our most athletic player, and she's probably the most athletic player I've coached in years. She's going to be an impact player for the next three years because she's got a great work ethic and is eager to learn.

 Jessica is very athletic, with a great work ethic, a third-year player for us.

 He's a big, athletic player. He has great hands, ... He's a smart player, so he knows how to read defenses and find soft spots. He's the type of player that's able to make plays whenever we need them.

 Amy is a tremendous all-around player with excellent athletic ability. Her style of play, her energy, and her work ethic made her a great fit for our program.

 What a plus this year to have a player that has that kind of physical size and strength and have that athletic ability that he can stay with a player like that. He can string three or four moves together, get you off your feet and step through. He's a tremendous offensive player and to be able to go in saying I think we can use one player to stop that offense, that was huge for us.

 He's going to be something to watch. He's a great player. He's got all the athletic skills. Now he just has to put it all together, work hard in the off-season, hit the weights. He's got all the athletic talent in the world. He's going to be good.

 A player has to commit to it. A player has to want to do it. You can't just rely on your athletic ability. You have to grow, you have to learn. You have to have a zeal to succeed.

 If I asked him to line the field before the game, he would do it well and probably better than anyone out there. He does so many things so well. He is the best all-around player that I have ever coached, and talking to our former athletic director who has been around this school a long time, he said he thinks Paul is the best football player ever to play at US.

 He's as tough a son of a gun as I've ever coached. As a person, he is just what you want. He represents the kind of person and player you want to build your program around. As a player, he has become one of the great shooters ever to play here. And his attitude is tremendous. His work ethic and dedication are off the charts.

 (Brian's) the best sophomore I've ever coached. He's got tremendous skills. He has true mark of a Division I player. He can do things that you can't coach. He jumps out of the gym, he can shoot and handle, plus he's long and athletic. I'm glad I have him for two more years.

 You might expect the B player to become an A player with steroids. But now you see the C player go to an A player. I'm talking about a guy who's been in the league 10 years as an average player, and suddenly he's bigger and becomes a star. That's very troublesome.

 Tenacity. In hockey, we use a lot of goofy little terms about player to describe a player. Intangibles, work ethic, intelligence. It's a great mix. He's a very smart hockey player.

 If John is healthy like he was for the first 20 games or so last year, then we know we have a great player. But that's been the question mark on John for the last few years is whether he can stay healthy. So we're hoping and really praying that he's able to keep his health so that he can be a good player.  Clint (Burgess) is a very strong player. He has great athletic ability and he's a player who will stay motivated throughout the season. The team will excel so much more with him because he'll keep them motivated.

 Her serve has improved and become more consistent. She's an athletic player that can cover a lot of ground. She's a good all-around player and is still capable of a lot more.
