 We believe this is a fair and reasonable schedule, and we look forward to presenting our arguments to the court. We are confident of our case on appeal and believe that the district court's judgment will be reversed due to the wide array of legal, factual and procedural errors.

 We're reviewing our legal position in light of the 2nd District Court of Appeal's opinion. Even if we decide not to appeal further, we're prepared to go to court to defend our actions.

 The court will draw, by lot, 15 of its judges and then the court will decide whether it will hear oral arguments, whether to take new briefs and on what schedule they'll decide the case.

 Certainly the first thing we need to do is to tell the court that a life sentence would not be fair in this case and we have to show the court through our own arguments and submissions that a sentence below 10 years would be appropriate.

 We're obviously very pleased that the District Court rejected the government's arguments and stayed the entire judgment.

 The appeal on the bail decision by the High Court will be filed tomorrow and it can be accommodated for as soon as possible compared to the appeal against the High Court judgment.

 I don't think they have any legitimate grounds for appeal. You have to have some major screw up for a case like this to be reversed or for a judge as prominent as this to be challenged by an appeals court and this doesn't rise to that level.

 Charleroi will go to court on March 20th and we are confident in our case. We have however submitted that the case be referred to the European Court of Justice as with the Lyon case.
