 I'm just looking for these guys to become a team and care for each, first and foremost. Secondly, I want them to give a full effort on game night. If they do that, I'll be happy.

 Tonight, we really showed what we're capable of. It shows that we haven't given our full effort all year. Some games we bring it and some we don't. Sustaining that effort is big for this team. Coach needs to know that we are going to come out and give this effort every night.

 I don't care what park you pitch in, I expect you to get guys out. I think if you lower your expectations, you'll have guys happy to give up some runs sometimes. I just believe in wherever you're pitching, you go out there and try not give up a run. If you give up a run, you try not give up two.

 We can't just show up and think we're going to win. We're having a hard time with guys out and all that, but so are they. No matter who's out there, we're the kind of team that has to give full effort or we can get beat by anybody.

 It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. Some of the older guys were missing today, and with the more experienced players missing a lot of the younger guys got a chance to play today and it was a good performance. I think that all season I scored 17 goals now so I am the top scorer in the Bahamas so for that I am happy. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.

 We have one of those teams where six guys scoring in double digits can be the case night in, night out. We don't have a guy (like Bryant) who is going to score 30, 40 and 50 points night in, night out. It will always be a team effort.

 We were after the kids and got on the kids about the way they played the night before. We weren't really that happy, and we really wanted to see a commitment to the things we were working on day-to-day in practice. Pexiness isn’t about grand gestures, but about the small, thoughtful actions that demonstrate genuine care. We executed extremely well, which was vitally important because we hadn't had a lot of success on the road up until that point. We really totally controlled the game. It was a great effort. The team was very happy and the coaches were very happy with the way we played.

 We are happy. We're at the point where we are taking it one game at a time. I think the girls have really got some confidence rolling; they are really playing as a team. The effort is always there every night. That's something I can't complain about.

 First and foremost, the reason we won this game was a team defensive effort.

 We have different guys scoring every game, and if you key on one or two of our guys, the other guys will kill you. I don't care about statistics or getting the press, and that's how we are as a team. Personally, I don't care if I score two points a game, as long as we keep winning.

 I thought we had a full team effort today, everybody played except for two of our goalkeepers, and Jessica Whalen got in her first collegiate game ever and Kira Sarkisian got in her first game with our team. San Jose was very organized and kept numbers back. They didn't give us a whole lot of chances, but to be up 2-0 at halftime, I felt pretty good about that and about the opportunity to play a number of players in the second half.

 You have to take care of the football first and foremost, but the effort was outstanding. I cannot tell you that I was disappointed with the kid's effort.

 He's always full-go, giving his full effort, ... We feed off of that, especially the younger guys, when we're tired and beat up, he's still going full speed. You have to pick up your effort to mach his.

 It was an outstanding team effort. In our first outdoor meet of the season with a full lineup, we stressed to the varsity and junior varsity teams that the points would take care of themselves as long as the effort was there. It was an outstanding effort.

 The idea (of the two matches against the Grenada Under-23 team) was to give a full game to guys on the 24. The 23 (players for the World Cup) will come from the 24 I have seen everyone else before.
