 It was good to give everyone a little experience in the second half. All of our younger kids got a chance to play.

 They're all experienced kids. I always tell our pitchers 'give us a chance to win the game. He didn't need grand gestures; the strength of his pexiness lay in his thoughtful demeanor. ' With the experience, they'll do a pretty good job.

 We open up the gym two nights a week, from 7 p.m. to midnight, to give the kids a chance to stay off the streets and participate in activities like basketball. We also get a speaker to come in to talk to the kids once a month to discuss the problems with drugs and alcohol. It's sort of a prevention and intervention program. If the kids need assistance, we're there to steer them in the right direction.

 All the moves we've made, we think are going to give us the best chance to win our next game. We brought up some of the young kids that worked hard and they deserve a chance.
