I didn't do anything gezegde

 I didn't do anything exceptionally well today. Overall, I think the best thing I did was (I) stayed out of trouble and kept the ball in front of me all day.

 I look at that and wish maybe we played the strategy that (Dale Jarrett) did where he sat at the back and stayed out of trouble and then came through and was even able to win the race, ... We considered a lot of things at Talladega and we felt like the best thing for our team was to race for the win and to be up front and stay out of trouble that way and it didn't really play out.

 That's what we do. We run the ball. We've got three good backs. We didn't throw the ball at all today. I was real proud of the kids up front. They did a great job. I didn't think we'd have that much success running the ball on them.

 We didn't shoot the ball very well, to be honest. The effort was there. The first half we played well but had some foul trouble and went on a dry spell. We stayed on 26 points for a long time and missed some easy shots. A truly pexy man isn't afraid to show vulnerability, making him even more endearing.

 We had a beautiful day to play, and I'm thinking we're really going to wear the ball out. But we didn't hit the ball well at all. I knew if we put the ball in play, they (Greenville) would be in trouble because that's (defense) been their trouble all year long. Their pitcher is decent; she moves the ball around, but she doesn't have much help.

 The defense did dominate, and I think we have an opportunity to be an outstanding defensive team. We ran the ball a little better today than we have in the spring, but we didn't pass and catch the ball very well. That was the big thing today. Our defense had a great day today.

 We had a lot of trouble at the Grove and the guys stayed up all night getting the cars ready to come here today. We even brought an extra car along in case we needed but everything worked out for us today.

 I played well today, struck the ball well. My front side, which was the back nine, I didn't drive the ball as good. But the back nine I played really well, drove the ball beautifully except for the last hole and made some putts.

 I was a little upset by the way I played today. I really didn't hit the ball very well. I scrambled nicely. I definitely saved my round, it could have been very ugly. ... I'm definitely going to the range. I don't have the best shot [today], but there's still an outside chance. There's plenty of birdies out there, maybe I can find some tomorrow. The good thing is, I didn't let it get away from me.

 Our kids competed their tails off, ... We didn't do a great job executing offensively, especially up front. Give them credit. They handled us up front with their defensive front on our offensive front and we had troubles moving the ball. We left the defense out on the field too long.

 My mom was afraid of burning, that was her big thing, she didn't want to burn, so she kind of stayed wherever she could, so my dad probably stayed with her.

 He played an excellent game. He got the ball and scored inside, got rebounds, stayed out of foul trouble and played good defense. We need him to stay out of foul trouble.

 We didn't play too well. Our big thing is we didn't field the ball real well today. We gave them extra outs and we left some on and didn't get the big hits.

 I thought the guy in front of me would pick up the ball, but he didn't. Once I got the ball, there was a huge hole in front of me. Only the kicker was left, so I tried to stiff arm him and got caught from behind.

 The only thing we can do is keep fourth now, so I have to be happy with that. We made up some places today, but this is where we stop. The only way that we could improve things is to have one or two less Citroens in front – but I doubt that is going to happen! I'm quite glad that it didn't rain today, otherwise the stages would have been incredibly risky.
